I help people achieve their ultimate health and wellbeing goals. With focus on changing your habits and lifestyle once and for all. zest4Life is about health, wellbeing and nutrition. Absolutely NO dodgy pills, shakes or meal replacements ONLY good wholesome nutrition that works for the whole family.
I support and educate people in what a healthy diet and lifestyle really is and how to put it into practice.

I run weekly 10 week seminars, coaching participants to achieve their health and weight loss goals. If you would like to lose weight, look great and feel amazing you should get in touch. I also offer one2ones tailored to your needs.

Reflections from my spa stay 1. Best spa ever – Pennyhill Park in Bagshott. I can’t recommend it enough. 2. Best gym I've ever been to. These machines were amazing, they were smooth, dynamic, told you if your reps were too slow or too fast. Any piece of kit you could ever want (they even had Wii fit if that’s your thing smile emoticon ) all in a beautiful environment. 3. Made me appreciate what I've learnt about exercise and fitness from my bootcamp 'Babes on the run'. I was... rocking that gym and most gadgets they had available. I was using dumbbells, kettle bells and medicine balls. I was doing our Babes warm up before I got going of course and stretched afterwards. 4. Also made me realise why I don’t go to gym’s any more, I mean, what is with all the mirrors everywhere. Exercise should be about health and well-being. I just find that mirrors make me think about how I look all the time.
