Zheng is my favorite place to order food for delivery or to eat in just because its just so good! Their delicious and authentic food just keep bringing me back again and again. The staff treat me very well and are very social. 10/10 always recommend anyone to come and eat here!

You HAVE, HAVE, HAVE to eat here. Totally delicious and incredibly friendly service. The food was delicious - we chose Malaysian based on a fantastic recommendation. Can't wait to go back. Thanks to all the staff for a great food experience xx

Went on Valentines and was blown away by the food. We had Dim Sum followed by Fish and Chicken and it was simply gorgeous.

Went on Chinese New Year. Service is amazing and food the best around. It's the kids favourite by far. It may be a tad pricey but you certainly get what you pay for

We ate there as a family of five today and had a great experience. Zheng offer a fine range of Chinese, Malay, Indonesian and Singaporean cooking and it was the nicest oriental meal we have eaten in a long time. We chose the "Chefs Surprise" menu - you say what you like and dont like (hot, dimsum, vegetarian etc) and then you are surprised by a variety of dishes chosen by the chef. The Salt and Pepper Squid and the King Prawns in Cereal (!) were particularly good. Its not the cheapest but still very good value for quality, tasty and authentic food with good friendly service.

This was every bit as good as we were told it would be! Helpful staff, who gave us as much time as we needed to sort out a pretty comprehensive menu! Try it! You won't regret it!

The food we had was excellent, a bit on the expensive side but worth it! I would recommend ‘godmothers chilli’ and ‘rendang’ � I would also advise on booking in advance as it’s a very popular place to eat.... we will definitely be coming back to sample more off the great sounding menu!

Quite simply one of the best meals I've ever had.



We opted for a simple menu....based on what we wanted to pay, whether we were vegetarian and how spicy we wanted it.



The food was delicious and I can highly recommend the squid as a starter and the coconut chicken.



Service was friendly and efficient.

My wife and I had lunch today and I can honestly say is was some of the most delicious food we have eaten. Everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. We have eaten in many many restaurants but this is up there with the very best. We will be returning very soon!!!!!!

I have eaten here a number of times, both alone and in groups of varying sizes. Each experience has been wonderful!

Highly recommended.. After a long time I found a restaurant where the flavor is as authentic it's gets to SE Asian food.. The nasi lemak is awesome.. The nasi goreng kampong, with fresh sambal is ..and to top it all .. Onde Onde :) :)

Food was delicious and reminded me of home. Nasi lemak and sambal was yummy. I like the food portions. Friendly people and good service. A huge plus is that they offer home delivery, but going there is highly recommended - nice atmosphere, comfy furniture. Also affordable for students!

Excellent food. We had the chefs choice to experience different dishes. Best we've had anywhere. You need to book it was a Tuesday night we went and it was always full. Hard to park though so allow time or get a taxi!

My Char Kway Teow was delicious and I'm Malaysian so know it was good. My boys had a noodle dish and rice with char siu, not the best but it was ok. My husband has sweet and sour pork, again not the best but edible. It wasn't too bad but what shocked us was....we asked for a glass of tap water but got charged nearly£2 for a glass of branded still water. Now we did not see the water being poured out of a bottle. My little one had a quarter pint of milk and got charged nearly £3 for that. I would have gone back but I don't like it when you get taken for a ride like this....the small things do matter!

I was an enthusiastic regular of Zheng from the time it opened until two nights ago. It seems that since the managers left, the new staffing choices are extremely poor. I ordered some sparkling water and the waitress brought me said bottle. A minute later she returned and took the bottle away. I intercepted her and asked her what was going on. She told me that I had only ordered a glass, which was not true, and I told her it didn't matter and that I would take the bottle regardless. The bottle was back safely in my hands. She then told me, however, what I was "not allowed" to have the bottle and yanked it from my hands, hence creating an unnecessary scene in the restaurant. I thought I was losing my mind as I had never ever seen or experienced anything of the sort in any restaurant. As if this wasn't enough she told me it was my "fault for not being clear" and started walking away. I had to intercept another waiter to stop this madness and I finally took possession of said bottle. I received no apology and paid 5£ for the stupid bottle of water. This kind of treatment is absolutely disgraceful and I never intend to return. Such a pity as I have many good memories there.
