Love this place but what’s happened to the music. Went on Friday 6th July, right up for a danc, morning doc was terrible. Nobody was dancing. DJ kept leaving to do his own thing

Reposting seeing as other post has been hidden!!!! We had pre booked a table for 5 of us for my birthday dinner and drinks on Saturday 16th June. We did plan on spending our night at your establishment but that turned out not to be the case. We were seated and shortly served by Lucy the waitress, our drinks arrived 15 minutes later and we ordered our main course. We waited about 30 minutes for this to be delivered, unfortunately only 4 dishes came out with no explanation as to the whereabouts of the 5th dish. We asked the waitress where the other order was and was told that it would be 2 minutes with no explanation for the delay. We then waited another 10 minutes as we wanted to eat all together, our food was getting cold. We ended up asking again and was then told that the chef had dropped a few chips and that he was cooking more. We were then told he had dropped the whole lot had on the floor and was re cooking a whole batch!!! Finally 20 minutes later my friends chicken burger arrived and we all started eating. Whilst my friend was tucking into her food she noticed that the chicken was raw in the middle and still partially frozen (it looked so that bad I thought it was fish) this could have resulted in food poisoning or worse. We called over the waitress and even she said she wouldn’t eat it, and she wouldn’t have served it if she known. We then asked to see the manager as this had all put us off our food! Amy the manager was extremely rude and couldn’t have cared less as she even admitted the chef was struggling to get food out and said all she could do was take 10% off my friends order this was about £5.89. I thought this was totally unacceptable and my birthday celebration was ruined. I approached the manager to talk to her further about the service and to explain why we were so unhappy. She blatantly ignored me while I stood waiting for over 10 minutes to speak to her. I gave up and went into the toilet to wash my hands as we had decided to leave. While I was washing my hands the door slammed open and the “manager” was standing there and said “I heard you were looking for me?” She did this in-front of all the other customers in the toilet and she made me feel very intimidated and I felt very threatened and embarrassed . I explained that I and my friends would be leaving and told her that we wouldn’t be returning again.

Refused entry based on footwear. Absolutely disgraceful. What the hell does it matter what is on my feet

Just had a horrible experience with one of your bartenders. Ordered 3 martinis, he made 2. When I told him I had ordered 3, he rolled his eyes at me and essentially threw another one on the counter. He then went and served another customer when I was waiting on two shots of prosecco. When I finally caught his attention he again rolled his eyes at me and forcefully pushed two shots at me. At this point I told him to calm down as his behaviour was very aggressive. He responded with “what do you want me to do” rolled his eyes again. I told him we were merely customers and he needed to calm down. He could not understand this or calm down and kept shouting at me for no reason. Incredibly terrible and awful service! Barman should not have his job if this is how he treats customers.
