We had 12 people party at Zizzis tonight - it was incredible! Delicious food, friendly staff that brought us birthday cake, amazing desserts! And the main thing - there is so many vegan dishes � respect for this! Thank you for our waiter - Adam! Keep going Zizzis team! Fav place so far!! �

Visited Zizzi's Worcester today and have to say it was fantastic (as usual!) My son has multiple serious food allergies and our waiter was amazing (wish I had got his name to praise him properly!). He checked & double checked the allergy menu, food packaging and liaised with the chef to ensure my son Tom was able to eat safely - and all with a smile! The allergy safe options were great and my son loved his 3 course Bambini meal just as much as my non allergy children, he even had a choco chino (staff were amazing and heated up a soya chocolate milk I took with me). End result was we all got to have a fabulous lunch which is so rare when dining out with an allergy child! Thank you, we will be back again & again! ❤️

I would definitely recommend this Italian restaurant to everyone. The food is absolutely delicious and the melting chocolate pudding is to die for. We will definitely be back!

Had a great lunchtime meal yesterday with my sister - my sea bass fillets were yummy, her chicken dish delicious, the (house) wine excellent, our waitress attentive and charming. Result! Thank you Zizzi - like Arnie, we’ll be back 😁

We live it here and very often just call in on the spur of the moment. Yesterday we did just that, moved tables a couple of times, sitting next to patronising, childish parents is not our idea of a good time. The waiting staff were very understanding! The pasta del casa was great as always the wine chilled and the chocolate torte beautiful. Whilst sitting and eating I found a 25% off voucher so it was a win win! Zizzi's you’re my favourite, I’ll be back!

Dropped in on spur of the moment after visiting the cathedral. We had never been before. The food was lovely and service excellent. We had lamb blade and the duck from the festive menu

Very expensive! I eat out a lot and found both food & drinks very pricey. The food was good; the chianti shoulder of lamb whilst very tender, portion size was disappointing. Do not order if you are expecting something like the size of lamb shank (like I was) for the price paid. Still hungry when I got home. I ordered one Ginberry Fizz, could not taste any alcohol in it, priced at £6.25. Service was very good though.

Sorry I can only give 2stars when I bookedon line I was asked what occasion it was ! my sons 21st which none of staff commented on also found piece of plastic in my lovely dessert which they delt with & no charge but it shouldn't of happened we will return food was nice

Have mixed reviews about this place sometime it was amazing, then sometimes it was vile, like today for example, ordered a vegan pizza and you've changed the cheese! The old cheese was amazing and this one was vile! Hardly managed a few bites before I almost vomited, will be sticking to other chains and will go back to cheeseless pizza of this is my only option. Very dissapointed as your vegan food won awards then you go and change it, because that makes total sense. Won't be returning.

To top it off a table of screaming teenagers who were obviously seen as priority as despite many complaints about the noise no one challenged them - like a bloody crèche. First and last visit!
