Starters were dough balls with dips and garlic bread with cheese ..mains pepperoni pizza and a goat cheese green salad with chicken skewers...couldnt fault the food...lush! Finishes with 2 lattes which came with soft cinder toffee ( different) It was our first visit and will definately be going back. Xx

Went to Zizzi's yday with my husband and 3 year old daughter.. Service was amazing, the three guys that were working there were amazing with our daughter. Making her laugh and high fiving her..she loved it! The food I have to say was as good as the service..we will definitely be back! Thanks guys ✋🏼

User

Starting with very polite, well mannered and attentive staff, to delicious starters (Calamari and Daugh balls), finishing with well prepared, freshly made mains (Calzone Pollo and Skewers). Unfortunately we didn't have any more space in our tummies!

Been here many times before and will definitely come back again! Thank you for everything, Zizzi Metrocenter staff!

Lush food for vegans. Had a pizza and it was divine. Olives yummy.... Only thing is it was very busy and not many waitresses [2] ...Felt sorry for the staff but they kept a smile on their faces and we had excellent service. Will be back.

User

King prawn starters were very good, pizza and lamb shank were delicious and staff were fantastic!

User

Had a girlie lunch ordering the skinny pizzas with a small glass of Merlot. The service was excellent and the food very tasty. It didnt take long to arrive and it was reasonably busy. We will keep this place on our list of places to go. Many thanks.

User

Absolutely over the moon with this place, visited on Wednesday with an 11 month old with multiple allergies and I was so surprised that they had a separate allergy menu and also a tiny tummy meal for £3.00 which included pasta and bread rolls which they made gluten free and the best part was the way her food came out. The pasta had a yellow sticker on to say it was gluten free and the bread that was warm when it came out it had a pink and yellow sticker on to say it was non dairy and non gluten which I’ve never seen before!! Then to finish off we were asked if we would like Parmesan cheese on our pizzas to then the waiter said do you mind if we moved the little ones pasta out the way? So the Parmesan didn’t get on which I was so shocked by and overwhelmed at the care that was taken to ensure there was no chance of any cross contamination will definitely be returning and will definitely recommend!!!!!!

Popped into Metrocentre and went for lunch yesterday. Food nice but have got to say the staff were so friendly, professional and gave excellent service.

User

Love going to ziti every time I'm in the metro, the buzz around the place the food great choices not the usual burgers or pasta dishes offered in most places. There's are days deferent the pizza which I don't usually consider chooSing was exceptionally good flavours were exciting my mouth singed in its praise. Defiantly worth trying folks, and to top this priority app have regular offers for zizzis like prosecco n olives free or choice of deserts only on o2, so winners all round

User

Fantastic staff, very quick service. Calzone slightly over salted but berry tiramisu was fantastic. Would definitely go back.

User

Called in yesterday after seeing Peter Rabbit at the cinema with my husband , daughter and grandchildren, fpod was good.as.usual but the service was terrible , they took our order pretty quickly but our starter took 15 minutes to arrive.then it took 30 minutes for.the main course and my husband's chicken salad wasn't up to standard we thought the kitchen staff seemed to be struggling but the waitress got the drinks muddled, i think they need to get there act together, also when we went.to.the toilets there were no customers upstairs !

User

Went last night before cinema. Had to wait a while which was fine as busy and garlic bread was lovely, and partner's pizza was nice, but I chose King prawn linguine in a lobster and wine sauce which had a absolutely no flavour at all. Was like eating plain pasta. The lady serving us was excellent hence a 3 star not a 1. She took it back to chef and came back with more sauce however the sauce was a spicy and slimy tomato sauce quite clearly out of a jar or packet. Not nice. The pasta was taken off the bill without asking.. again the lovely lady who served us was faultless. Will just stick to pizza in future at least they are fresh made

User

Service was a little slow the food was nice but a bit pricey did not think the small portion of lasagne was worth £11

First visit to Zizzi Metrocentre yesterday. A bit of a mixed bag really. Making quite a few exceptions as it was bank holiday Monday so very busy and we were a large party of 19!

The good: Food was very enjoyable. Great range of allergen friendly options for my son who was ecstatic with his first 'real' pizza! Staff friendly and helpful.

The bad: first disappointment was being advised there were no hanging skewers which was unfortunate as a few of us wanted to order these. Secondly, we had a number of children with us and requested their mains were brought out with the starters so they weren't waiting too long. Unfortunately the message was not adequately conveyed to the kitchen so the children ended up waiting over an hour for their food. Which wasn't ideal but like I said, busy and a big party.

The ugly! I ordered the vegan pizzas for my children followed by the vegan coconut and chocolate swirl for dessert. We were really pleased that we had finally found somewhere our kids can eat out without having to take our own food! However, when the dessert arrived it contained 3 mini cones and some popping candy. I questioned if these were also vegan but the waiter was unsure. I removed the cones as in my experience these type of products are usually unsafe. A quick Google found that popping candy usually contains milk so I removed this too but this was unfortunately after my son had already consumed some and grown rather attached to the idea of eating it! Luckily my son is not epi pen level allergic so although we could be in for a miserable couple of days it won't be life threatening. But still a very risky game.

Overall a very enjoyable meal and will definitely be visiting again at a less hectic time! Oh and one small point that we had to sit on two separate tables which wasn't ideal for one party.

User

Had crab canneloni and it was anything but good. Pasta wasn't cooked and the crab was just like paste. Unable to taste the crab because the sauce overpowered it.

User

Food lovely but staff definitely need training to deal with unwell customers. A diabetic (with a young child) having a hypo left for at least 30 mins, with staff watching from the bar before another member of staff genuinely took an interest and came to sit with her until she was feeling better. Absolutely ridiculous

Called in for a meal on the 20.12.2017, usually we have had great meals on previous visits but this latest one was really poor (the wifes was fine ) i ordered the calzone and was really dissapointed way over cooked to the point where the dough was like a hard shell and the contents shrivelled and dry, i did mention this and recieved a discount but i would have rather had a decent meal

AMAZING food, lovely drinks, fast service. However when we tried to pay some of the bill with a Tesco voucher our waitress told us it had already been used, when in fact we had only called up that day to get the voucher code from Tesco so there is no way it could have been used. No explanation from our waitress she just told us that and left the bill with us which was a bit odd. We had actually been given 2 codes but she didn't give us the chance to try the second one. Amazing food but just an unusual way to end our visit.

Went to Zizzi Metro Centre last night, we arrived at approximately 7.20pm with my 2 year old daughter, expecting the usual speedy service we have received in the past. No!! We sat and watched the tables round us be served starters and leave. We were served our starters at around 8.30 and at this point I asked how long the mains were going to be as my daughter was starting to few restless, we were told 5 to 6 minutes. 9pm our main meals arrived. Pulled pork pizza didn't taste pleasant, me and my partner also found a lot of tough meat in our lasagne and pasta we ordered, by this point my daughter didn't want her tea so that was a waste of money and I had planned on ordering dessert but at 9.30 I had to go to the counter to pay the bill as my daughter needed to get home. I was met by a man who took the payment and anti expressed my disappointment in the service, his response was well I feel the whole resteraunt has been like that tonight, if a lot of people order pizza's then thew pizzas take longer! No apology given and no explanation how everyone else was served at an appropriate time around us and had actually left by the time we were leaving....won't be going back any time soon!
