Was a lovely meal and my 7 year old thought it was the best zizzi ever!!

Visited zizzi and been served by alex martins, fantastic service we had he looked after my table from the beginning to the end . Hope to see him in zizzi in tower hill . That will be fantastic , looking forward for my next visit to the tower hill one !

Very nice food and fantastic service...

Pasta and pizza very nice service very slow about one hour between start and main no reason given waitress did her best.

It was very busy when we arrived. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Waitress took our order for drinks while we looked at the menu. Waitress returned in about 5 minutes with our drinks and took our order for the food. We only ordered a main course. We did notice that people who were there before us were waiting a long time for their meals and a few people who arrived after us were given their meals before us. It was a bit hit and miss. Our meal finally arrived after about 40 minutes. The food was good, as it always is. It's a shame because we have been to this restaurant before and the service has always been good. It hasn't put us off and we will go back.

Food was average. They first put us at a table downstairs and right at the end. Couldn't understand why as the whole place was empty when we arrived. So had to ask to be moved. Service was decent. Won't be going back in a hurry.

Waitress that served us was rude and had to wait an hour an a half for our mains and mine didnt turn up till 15 minutes after my friends dinner. Other customers in restaurant got served before us even though we had come in before them and my risotto was bland very dissapointed wouldnt go to this restaurant again.
