Great atmosphere, ordered garlic bread for two to share , served huge portion each, way too much but waiter agreed to only charge for one portion, lasagne was very tasty but so hot hard to eat for a while still sizzling in the dish and some stuck to bottom of dish , would go back though, good value for money .

Not entirely impressed. Have heard good things but don’t know what was wrong today. Service was slow, drinks sat on bar for 10 minutes and then had to ask for them to be bought over. My food wasn’t particularly hot and grandson waited for 5 minutes after ours till he got his and then had to ask for his ‘starter’ with his main. Never got his chocachino either. Can’t say I’ll be going back

We ordered a margherita pizza and a veal and venison pasta. The pizza crust was undercooked, the tomato sauce tasted like tomato paste, and barely any cheese! The pasta was barely covered in sauce and hardly any meat was given plus the portion only filled half an average sized bowl, if that. The service was terrific and they took off the pasta since we complained but honestly, it was a huge disappointment, especially for a tourist. I could have easily made a better meal myself. Will not plan another visit again.

This is the worst Zizi we have been to. Pathetic food.

My friend and I went there to have a nice meal out, but we both ended up with severe food poisoning and were sick all weekend. I contacted customer service and they said it was of outmost priority to them and that they would look into it and get back to me, but I didn't hear anything. When I contacted them again to ask about it, they never even replied.

The food was alright, but not worth it to be in so much agony for days afterwards and also being completely ignored as a dissatisfied customer!!

My 15 year old daughter and her friends had birthday dinner at ZizziKingston today. They spent almost £150 and the waitress did not give enough change back. The service was so slow and the waitress got her order wrong ( not for the first time though, same thing happened when we went there as a family - NEVER AGAIN!!!!) . When the girls asked for the appropriate amount of money, the waitress was so rude. She slammed a pound on the table in front of my daughter and shouted "you want your money?! Here is your money!"

Disgusting! And so unprofessional. My daughter had to remind the waitress that she is representing a company , so she should not behave like that. Does she think she can be rude simply because they are young???!!!!! They paid nearly £14 service charge for this!!!!!!!

They called the manager , but he wasn't too helpful either.

All the parents are furious!!!! The restaurant is just in our doorstep but we will never ever go there again!!!!! This is not acceptable!
