Went here yesterday and had a lovely time! The food was tasty and there was plenty of it. We got a free cocktail from the Instagram promotion. The staff were friendly, polite and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was great, very relaxing, we could actually hear each-other talk as well as the background music!

They made a few mistakes in the kitchen, missing onions and then missing gelato too, but the waiting staff were excellent and the food super tasty. :)

The best italian dinnet i could have:) Well done Claudio to take me back in italy for a night! Will back soon, for sure :)

Lovely meal, lovely staff,would recommend, but book if u go on a Saturday evening very busy

I had a lovely time my waitress from Napoli looked after me. to use the Italian Sono Comosso would not be understating things. I will certainly be using this zizzi again when next in reading.

Great food and fresh ingredients, the waiting staff was also very good. Only one point to pick on, someone needs to look out for the customers waiting for a table and also faster to take an order. Will definitely go back because your food is healthy and taste amazing.

We love your food, especially as it can cope with our allergy diets and vegan friends. Very disappointed with your spin to win promotion. After religiously doing it for weeks - most of the prizes were gone - when redeeming the one prize we had one tonight we didn't receive our second one we qualified for and tried to redeem. Secondly it is ridiculous ending a promotion and requiring all prizes to be redeemed the same day!! Thirdly - even though my partner and I are not married and have separate bank accounts we were refused being able to split the bill between us!!!! Badly thought out and disappointing and I would question a breach of contract.

We (group of 3) arrived at 12.10pm and were quickly seated to our table. There was one group of 4 and a gentleman on his own. Our drinks and food order was taken quickly. There was only 2 people serving. It took well over an hour for our food to arrive. We think this was due to the 2 large tables that arrived and had pre-ordered. It was really unfair to have to wait that long as a "walk in" customer. We were there for almost 2 hours for a birthday lunch. The food was great and the vegan menu had a good choice. I highly recommend the banana chocolate calzone. It was worth the wait. Would I go back? Not in a hurry!!!!

We arrived at 9.45 and the establishment closes at 11.00pm plenty of time we thought for a couple of starters and main courses of pizza. We had looked online earlier in the day so knew what we wanted. The service was poor to say the least which was puzzling as there were only four other tables occupied. We were shown to a table and then basically ignored. We were seated over ten minutes before anybody came and took our drinks order. We were still eating at 11.00 having received our main course at 10.45 a full hour after we had arrived in the restaurant. The food, to be fair, was very nice but not that nice that we would be prepared to wait that long again. Sorry Zizi you dropped the ball here and we won't be in a hurry to return.

The food was brought to us really late & my fork was dirty too. But the taste was incredible. So, whatever you prioritize? If you’re really hungry, I’d advise going some place that serves a bit quicker. :)

Went to zizzi reading oracle on the 19th November with my daughter we got in the restaurant and was stood there 5 minuets before someone took us to our table , we was ready to order our starters from the menu and no one came to take our order so I had to look for someone so we could order our starters the garlic bread was tasteless it was just like eating flat bread and not garlic bread. We then got our main meal I had pomadoro pasta with penne pasta there was hard bits of pasta that hadn’t been cooked properly and my daughter had Speghetti carbonara which was ok , I couldn’t believe it cost £29.85p , the zizzi on kings road in no where near as expensive as this place so well stick to the kings road one next time.

Service good but food plain and overpriced

Waitress forgot some of our order we could see it sat on the side of the kitchen but she still never brought it over to us so in the end we had to go up to the kitchen counter and get it ourselfs. Drinks took ages to come didn't even manage to finish mine as felt rushed out of the restaurant because they were closing. Rude service wouldn't recommend

Very bad experience. Service is really abnormally bad. Staff are panicking and rushing like in a hospital. Really don't feel comfortable. Food was bad, we have to return the pasta.
