Always visit Zizzi's in Charlotte Street as we are always treated lovely by the staff. Great food and service as always. Truly recommend it.

Absolutely fabulous food , all freshly made on the premises.

Delicious. The staff were fab especially our waitress.

She couldn't do enough for us . So kind to us and the children, which made all the difference, because it made us stay longer and spend more , because she made us so welcome .

User

had the king prawns pasta, the prawns where frozen prawns, but the sauce was to die for, all and all a pleasant lunch

User

Nice staff. Decent food. Not too expensive. Noisy though.

Ambiance sympathique mais plats peu goûteux 😕

Menu not as good and portions have been reduced to that of a starter

I stepped in with my friend, who was short on time as she had to go back to Essex, where she lives. Now I see why that was the only place in the area with empty seats on a busy Saturday night.

After waiting for 15 minutes outside sitting on the table, I stepped in to ask and got the answer that nothing is served after 9pm (was 9.05 pm ) outside but we're free to come in.

Ten minutes more wait, the menus are arriving and the waitress telling us that we have to wait about 45 minutes (seems bruschettas are too extravagant those days) for the food. My answer "It's fine probably we'll just have drinks" is ignored. Nobody comes for an order for 15 minutes. I am going back to the waitress, where she's telling me the incredible: "We don't serve drinks without food". On Saturdays that is.

Seriously? In which planet does this happen? In a semi-empty restaurant, it's "your policy" not to serve any drinks? I insisted asking for the manager but nobody was in, just that is the policy of the restaurant.

I really need a compensation for my time and by that I don't mean any "free dinner" as I wouldn't like to touch that food anyhow.

I just find disgusting and depressing, to have people with no training whatsoever, providing ZERO customer service and no idea of what hospitality means.
