Zizzi

This is our second visit to this particular zizi's at Brentwood even though we are from Chelmsford. After having a dreadful experience at our local zizi we were offered a free meal at Brentwood and had our faith restored that not all of them treat family customers so badly. In fact Emma was a complete delight and really made us feel welcome our pushchair was no object. We decided that we will just goto Brentwood from there on and after having a similar experience again at Chelmsford zizi I'll confirm Brentwood will always be the first choice. We arrived without thought to booking a table and given its new years eve we probably should have but still we were accommodated. Today's experience was just as good as the first and Katie was brilliant a nice touch to remember one of our boys names when she came back to ask him what he wanted. It really is the small things that count when you just want to relax and enjoy dinner and the customer care here really allows you to feel welcome and do just that. Maybe send Emma and Katie down to the Chelmsford store to retrain some but not all of the staff down there in customer relations. Thank you once again zizi's Brentwood x

The staff is very nice and polite, went to Romford Zizzi for my birthday on Monday with my twin sister food is excellent, and very tasty 😋, would recommend

We have never had a bad meal and they are so good with children. Staff are always very friendly, and extremely helpful. Highly recommend Zizzi! Especially the one Brentwood.

Had a wonderful Valentine's Day meal. Mushroom Brindisi, Lamb in Chianti sauce with beautiful herby new potatoes & green beans, and the best chocolate torte, all washed down with a gorgeous Pinot Blush. Portions just the right size ! and all for £19.95 per person (plus drinks). Highly recommended.

Delicious food, very quick service, the manager was very helpful when I paid before using my meerkat meals code and ammeded the bill. Thank you!

Brilliant vegan and allergy menu. My 4yr old got her first proper pizza.

The food was better than I’d expected but the waitress who looked after our large party was wonderful... best service I can remember!

Great food and good value when you have the three course deal for £15.95. Quantity, selection and quality all good in a nice atmosphere with great service. 😄

Served by very friendly and polite staff. There is a but. If Zizzi is charging a top rate . I dont really want to be served by people in trainers and not in a uniform. Personally, thought it was very over priced. Over priced

I reserved a table and informed the waitress I did not want a table near the door as I knew it was going to be very cold on Saturday evening when we arrived we were shown tea table next to the door. When I complained we were offered a table upstairs. We were shown to the table but we were the only people upstairs. The air conditioning was on and it was freezing. I complained and was offered a complementary drink and a table downstairs. The food was good and there was a better atmosphere downstairs. Although I did have to complain we had a great evening and would go back.
