Sat in the sunshine by the lake. Waiter and food and service was excellent.

I used a voucher purchased from groupon for lunch today & I was very impressed, the service was very good despite going at a very busy time when the restaurant was packed, our food was really tasty too. What impressed me the most was the way they dealt with my request for no cheese, if you suffer from an allergy this restaurant is somewhere you can feel confident your needs will be taken seriously. I’m not usually a fan of a chain restaurant but Zizzi might have converted me!

Food good initial waiter was not very attentive but 2nd waiter was excellent and gave us 25% discount as we waited so long for our mains. Very much appreciated

User

Overall the food was nice and our starters and mains were served quite quickly considering it was packed. Our Original waitress was lovely, polite and attentive. I assume she went in her break or her shift had ended while we were having our mains.

The waiter that took over was extremely slow, rude and generally disinterested.

We had finished our mains and 20mkns later our plates were taken away. In that time we had already looked at the dessert menu on our table. However he literally threw a couple of dessert menus at the table while Walking passed, not stopping to engage.

Well 20mins later he came back to try and take our order. By that point I wouldn’t order desserts. When I told him no thank you as been waiting to long, we will go get desserts somewhere else, he walked off. Then came back and dumped the receipt on the table.

So I get my card out and put it on the receipt. While I was sorting my son out he reappeared and again without engaging with us. I paid and he did not speak or even say thank you etc.

Has put me off going there again, that’s for sure.

Quite disappointed. Attended restaurant yesterday for my father's birthday. Good was lovely and service very quick but one of my gift cards was declined even though it hasn't been used. This left my dad having to pay the £30....when it was his birthday! I was just told to take the problem up with Head Office even though it is Zizi's fault and not mine! Why couldn't they have accepted my card and they take it up with Head office? Instead there was a very embarrassing scene with the whole restaurant staring at us! Not an enjoyable meal

Never one to complain. But i just had a Peroni and my daughter has a small plastic cup with blackcurrant squash in it.Price £8.70.I can understand the Peroni price. But £2 for a tiny bit of blackcurrant cordial.Very very rare i do not leave a tip.

Had not eaten here in ages and was chosen on this occasion for its outside eating area only to be told at 6.30 on a lovely sunny July summer evening that the outside area was closed . A table was offered inside and it was not overly busy , waiter although pleasant and polite either did not listen or pay attention . Drinks ordered along with a large water as we had been walking round all afternoon .Drinks turned up but no bottle of water , this was questioned after 5 mins or so and the waiter had no recollection of us ordering a water so we requested just a diet coke instead ! only to be served a bottle of non diet coke . Ordered the frito misto as a starter to share , was ok although the fish goujons in my opinion were just from frozen and not great . Mains , i ordered a salad which was nice , my wife ordered the carbonara which she was enjoying until halfway through discovering the bottom of the bowl was swimming in oil so the rest was left . Lots of places to eat at Bluewater , sadly we won't rush back to Zizzi's .

We use zizzi all the time, I love the food! Now this time me and my partner came on a date night for dinner at zizzi in bluewater. His pizza had hair in it! We sent it back straight away, had to wait for new one to be cooked. Waitress didn’t offer to take it off the bill - very disappointing! Will not be visiting this branch again. Found service to be pretty poor

Two months ago I live tweeted the shockingly bad service we received @WeAreZizzi #Bluewater. For two months I have been fobbed off with promises and for two months I have seen or heard nothing. #appalling

Disappointed ate here yesterday for the first time, always had good experiences in other Zizzi. It was about 9pm and the service was so slow, I felt like phoning up and asking for another drink because the service was that slow!!! My squid ink pasta was lacking taste, no chilli threads or purple basil on it either and when I asked the waitress she said 'It has to come like that' well the menu includes it so I expect it on my plate if I'm paying for it!!!!!
