Our waitress was fantastic. Food was good so overall very good experience.

Me and my friend Karen went to Zizi’s yesterday and I can’t begin to tell you. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. We couldn’t fault it at all. If there’s ever a problem, they are definitely happy to help and went above and beyond to deliver the best customer service. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit the Uxbridge Branch. They’ve also got new recipes to try which we did and we loved the whole experience. Thank you to our lovely waitress Natalia and her manager, I forgot her name. It was a real pleasure dining at Zizi’s.

Had such a lovely meal here this evening. Our server was Maria who even under lots of pressure (it was super busy due to it being graduation day) was so lovely and made sure we had a good night. I had the POLLO SPINACI CALZONE but I don't eat meat, so I swapped the chicken and ham for an egg, spicy peppers and pine nuts! It was AMAZING. The chef Stefano was also lovely and was more than happy to make up the calzone for me. If you're reading this and a vegetarian you have to try it!! Oh and also the salted caramel brownie... wow. We previously had a bad experience at another Zizzi restaurant a couple months ago but the food and service at Uxbridge more than made up for it!

The service was what you expect Welcoming and friendly

The only thing that let them down was we all had starters which were nice and fresh but it seemed only moments since the starters away did the mains arrive

Apart from that a nice enjoyable evening was had by our party

Food fresh and tasty. Down side they won't take discount cards (Blue Light Card) on a Friday or Saturday. I will be looking into this.

Shame, food was really good once it arrived. Staff were friendly but useless. Either short staffed, clueless or didn't care. Starters took over an hour to arrive. Chicken was left off the pizza, had to embarrassingly ask for glass of water 3 times before they remembered to bring it. Plus it was obvious my dessert was forgotten about and came out as a after thought. Went as a group, we all still had a good evening, but I wouldnt bother to choose to go back when there is so much more choice in Uxbridge.
