Loved the food and the service. The waitress was very attentive and there were plenty of seats available even though it was last minute on Good Friday evening.

All in all I was very impressed and will be going back.

Just love this Zizzi restaurant. The food we had here is very tasty (calzone is the favourite) lovely service and the building inside is gorgeous.

Had a lovely evening with out on date night with my boyfriend. Zizzi is one of our favourite places and the waitress siobhan we had was beyond lovely!

Excellent service. Went out of their way to accommodate an extra diner to our party. Helped my daughter celebrate her birthday bringing ice cream with a candle in. Food was great too

Another fabulous vegan meal at Zizzi. Very attentive staff and a delicious meal. Thank you. The only small gripe was there was no vegan milk alternatives for a cuppa at the end. Highly recommended.

We were visiting for week end from Southampton had a wonderful meal , service was prompt, staff very obliging, enjoyed the whole experience, being in an old church the surroundings were different, would recommend.

The service was prompt and we were seated in 5 minutes, despite the business of the establishment.

The waiter was prompt and service was efficient for the amount of patrons present.

The food arrived in good time, and was of good quality. However, a few mistakes by the waiter/waitress (cutlery missing, and the waitress violently placing my soup on the table, thus causing it to nearly spill onto my lap), let it down slightly.



Still a good restaurant if you're looking for a relatively inexpensive restaurant of good quality, however if you're looking to go to a nice Italian with desirable ambience, I'd look slightly further afield.

The table service was great and punctual however, the time it took from ordering food to being served was unacceptable. Once the food arrived we had to send one dish back as it was cold in the middle and the fact I was the only table member to have a salad and had to wait upto 20 min to have my food served whilst most of my party were a third through theirs, seemed a bit of a joke. My food was also lacking in flavour. This is no reflection on the table service, just the kitchen staff and their ability to cater for a packed restaurant. The food is also very expensive for what you get. The Hatherley pub does better grub at a fraction of the cost. If I go back again, I think I will stick to the pizza as I've never had an issue with them before.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Iv had better service in McDonald’s! Over half an hour wait to even be asked if we’d like drinks! Never find order our food!

And the toilets had no toilet paper apart from a load of screwed up stuff that u would not want to use!!

Won’t be back !
