Went there Friday for a birthday celebration.Great vibe at the place and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.A nice touch was my party receiving complementary wine This was our first visit, and will be back

Went last night. Cashed in our Tesco vouchers. Great food and great service. The staff worked really hard as it was really busy. Extensive menu so really spoilt for choice. Highly recommend. Thank you for a fantastic meal xxx

Just back from a long lunch with friends. Food delicious and service, well nothing was too much trouble, not rushed and such lovely professional friendly staff. Wish we'd got our waiters name because he's an absolute credit to you. Thank you.

Just about the best all round value restaurant in Birmingham city centre. I've eaten everywhere- including some costly restaurants. Zizzi Mailbox is definitely unique and a cut away from the crowd. The food is amazing, the service is perfect and the atmosphere/ ambience is great. It's also full of beautiful, happy people. What more could you ask for ? ... Very highly recommended !! ... ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿ ½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½

Had a lovely dinner... staff were lovely... had a mishap with a tooth being cracked, due to a bone but appreciated how it was dealt with.. which was immediately , as well as in a very kind manner. Food was really lovely ...maybe our eyes too big for our bellies... and a lush bottle of red! Thanks guys for a lovely evening !

Great food, hot and tasty. Did not have to wait very long after putting our order in, to receive our food. Brilliant service we had a very attentive waiter who was really helpful when making our choices. I would definately recommend this restaurant and will be going back.

Well we had a celebration dinner.. although we had a little confusion about the seating arrangement adjustments were made.. orders were taken.. and the food was served properly..

The quality and the taste of food was fine.. definitely will be eating here again... just felt that the menu could be simplified... there is a hell of a lot of information on it.. otherwise excellent venue..

Good service and food. We were evacuated due to the fire alarm going off. Once back inside we were offered a glass of wine each for the inconvenience, which was nice.

Early evening birthday meal with friends - very busy but service and staff very efficient and calm . Time between courses was not rushed and nothing was too much trouble . The staff do a great job , thank you everyone x will definitely be going back for another visit

A good evening with courteous staff

Interesting visit I would usually rate 5/5 but service yesterday was at best mediocre. We had a child in the party the lovely set of pencil crayons came in a glass cup not plastic. My friend ordered a sparkling water and was given the wrong drink. The waiter told us he knew it was wrong and asked if she wanted it changed. Of course she did but why serve a drink you knew was incorrect we were then charged for the error which was rectified when we raised it. We were on a table of four and rather than walk around to serve my friend food was passed over my head across the table. We ordered puddings and within seconds one arrived and we said that we wanted them all together. I can only assume we were initially served a pudding that was returned. Guess whose pudding was then last to arrive. The food as always was excellent but let down by the couldn't care less attitude of one member of staff.

Food was just ok nothing special ( just a higher class version of pizz hut ) deserts were awful, nice waiter looked after us service was quite good although took a little bit long to bring to table but then again they were packed out, so considering that it was quite good

Terrible service, awful food. Waited forever for drinks. Waiter never once came over and asked if our food was ok. And then asked about 3 times for the bill. Never again

We ordered vegetarian food they removed the ham and they replaced with chicken for them maybe the chicken is vegetarian 😂 and find hair inside the food didn’t pay for the thing but not even apologies

Terrible! Booked a table for 2, was told it wasn't on their list and stood staring at us with no help at all! Told us they didn't have a table for 2 but if we were on the list there would be a table for 2 suddenly! Told him he was rude and left. Went to pizza express below and they were fabulous. Never going here again.

First visit and never again , service was terrible , staff very distracted, had to remind waitress for drinks ordered as other people were served before us as she had forgotten... Then asked for bill again waited ....was given bill... then left sitting again for 10 mins while she gave 2 other people after us , their bill , let them pay straight away and again just left us sitting there and then finally after trying to get her attention, I could pay service was that bad didn't even want to order a dessert got my daughters a mcflurry on way home...
