Wonderful sevice, was my grandsons 18th, big family meal, the waiter and waitresses couldn’t have been mire attentive we had young children too and they provided colouring for them to do, excellent evening , the place was packed, we always go there, would thoroughly recomend , always great food too x

Have just returned from a lovely evening at Zizzi. We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday; she is a fan from previous visits in other locations. I had no previously tried. The location was lovely; the food fabulous; the service great. I will definitely be returning. HIghly recommended

Fantastic service last night by Kate - what a lovely waitress managing a table of 7 with such ease.

She was great, so helpful advising on the sizes of the dishes etc. Food was excellent too. Menu looks good.

Dined here and at the Windsor branch about 4 times in the last month for both lunch and dinner. The service has been excellent , prompt and attentive. The food has also been yummy. Really love tr menu

Despite the heat the waitress was very officiant and helpful... Straight away offered water 4 our 2 dogs... Food prompt and couldn’t fault it at alll.. Will be returning through the summer!!

I was surprised at how busy it was at 6pm, mostly families with young children which was nice to see but a bit heavy on the ears. The service was ok, but had to wait longer than usual for our drinks. Food was very good, I’d definitely have the prawn linguine again and my husband enjoyed his crab cannelloni. Air conditioning would have been nice.

Really disappointed by zizzis this evening, took my brother (16) for a meal as he loves pizza. Half way through his pizza he found a bright green peice of plastic. I called the waitress over, and she proceeded to tell me that they "don't have anything that colour in the kitchen" and it's "definitely not their fault" I insisted we were happy with the food itself, but she called the manager over. The manager then inplyed that we had put the plastic there ourselves making my younger brother feel very intimidated!! I said I was happy to pay for the full meal and the manager walked off, with no apology at all!



I will not be returning sadly, as it's been somewhere I've enjoyed taking my brother in the past.

Fab food and fab service from a really lovely waitress on her first night was spoilt when we realised that such a large , modern restaurant did not have a toilet on the ground floor nor a safe stair case for those of us who are a bit wobbly with disability .

What a pity we had to leave as , being human, we need to use a toilet and enjoy our night out in comfort .

Plenty of room on the ground floor to put one in.

Come on Zizzi make yourselves accessible to everyone .
