Friday was the second time I have visited the Loughton restaurant for lunch with family, the staff are all great and food was lovely, very quick service too. The refurb of the restaurant looks fab we will certainly be returning again!

Ate their on Monday had a group of 6, 2 of which are vegan. I suffer with back problems & arthritis & have to use crutches, they couldn't have been more accommodating in making sure I had a suitable comfy seat, even going as far as rolling a blanket up for me to use as a lumbar support.

The choice of vegan dishes is excellent & it's great to be able to go out for a family meal & know there is a good choice of food for everyone. Well done zizzis for actually having a separate vegan menu already & making our overall meal a pleasant & tasty occasion.

Amazing Vegan food & lovely friendly staff. Such a shame they have stopped selling their Qcumber drink

Always love Zizzi, we visit most of the Restaurants scattered around the country as they offer such a good Vegan menu. :)

Went to the Loughton restaurant, food was lovely and the waitress was super good, had enjoyable lunch

The good was excellent however £95 for 2 adults & 2 children was quite expensive when we only had 4 alcahlic drinks and 2 staters

Lovely meal good service ,but Zizzis coffee is crap tastes of nothing it's just beige water get a better machine please .

Lovely food and good service.

Good food and very nice restaurant, even smarter now it's had a refurbishment but the service hasn't kept up. Had to wait several minutes to be seated which was disappointing given there was no queue and it was early evening so not busy. The rather lazy man behind the bar just drinking cola and answering the phone isn't a particularly good look either.

Please sort out the Buyagift reservation system. It is humiliating to have to sort stuff out whilst seated after doing everything required by the buyagift website. If there is another stage including bookatable, then can this be made clearer?

The restaurant was very nice, the staff were helpful and our food was good. However, the double vodka in my daughter’s drink was non-existent and she has a good palette!
