The summer holidays are well and truly in full swing now and it is one of our busiest times of year.. so here is a little reminder of our terms and conditions 🙃
... Please try to be on time for your appointment or call ahead of time to let one of us know , the missed time will be taken off of your appointment and we will try to do my best in the allotted time left.
Please try to give 24hours notice prior to cancelling a appointment, as we are very busy in the lounge and have a large waiting list of clients wanting appointments. If you fail to attend your appointment on the day or you wish to cancel your appointment without giving the full 24 hours notice, payment is required in full for your treatment. You can reschedule your appointment at any time up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Unfortunately Children are not permitted in the lounge due to health and safety and insurance purposes. This also allows you and the surrounding ladies in the lounge to enjoy your treatments peacefully and completely relax without worrying about your little ones.

We have been in undated with messages regarding the FAST TRACK TO VOLUME Course..
Heres a few little answers to some frequently asked questions that may help..
The course is 121 that’s you and either myself or the lovely Lauren (we’re both offering this amazing course)
... Prior to the first day you are sent pre reading ready to have a little knowledge before you arrive.. On the first day you learn in depth theory, application, how your Adhesive works, products, placement, eye styling and perform a set of classic lashes on a live model. You then go away and practice classic lashing on family/friends and we organise your second date together when we feel you maybe ready to move on..
This could be within a week or 2 or a couple of months.. this is totally at your pace, it is your journey and we will support you to be the best throughout.
The second day you return, again you get pre reading before arriving. We then work on the difference between classic and volume, weighs, wrapping, layers, advanced styling learn about volume products and then have fan practice and then again perform on a live model.
The cost of this course is £895 inc kits to be able to do both classic and volume.
You also get access to our secret student forum, Lifetime unlimited support by myself and all the ZMLA girls and can return to retake either course anytime!

Zoe is lovely! And really professional and fabulous and what she does! You can tell by how booked up she is! Really highly recommended!

Zoe is a very patient, skilled Lash trainer. I came in after having awful training, using the wrong tweezers � and not able to make a single fan. Zoe managed to have me produce fluttering lashes with Just a few hours mentoring ��

Russian volume lashes freaked me out if someone asked me to do them....I did 2 hours mentoring today with Zoe and she has relit my fire and helped me so much! Before this morning I struggled to make a 2D fan, just been practising at home and getting some perfect 5Ds! THANKYOU!! Zoe is the best teacher ��

Its a lovely relaxed atmosphere and all the girls get on so well its like a little family. I had my lashes done with the newest member of the family Eve she is still training but she was very professional and very good. It was my 1st experience of having lashes done and I really enjoyed it and I also enjoyed the music that was playing took me back to my younger days lol. Highly recommend Zoe's ladies lounge to anyone thinking of having lashes done.

I did a classic lash trainig course with Zoe it was amazing the course was a good day deffo worth doin would highly recommend Zoe for trainig I’m hoping to do some more pretty soon

I did a Classic Lash Training course with Zoe which I honestly can't pick any faults with. The training covered everything you need to know from the cycle of the eyelashes to applying an extension! The course has made me feel 100% better about putting the coaching into practice! Zoe was very supportive throughout the session and after! I can't wait to hopefully progress and look into doing the Volume Lash course!💋

Had my lashes done today by Lauren and I am over the moon with the results, don’t think I could possibly love them anymore and the service which was provided was 5* also so thank you very much and I can’t wait for my next session!

Had my HD brows done the other day and back today for Russian volume lashes. All staff are great and make you feel really comfortable.

Had a lash lift on Friday by Kelsey and I can honestly say I love them. I felt very comfortable and Kelsey talked through everything that was happening during the procedure.. I wasn’t expecting them to be that good due to not having long lashes but they look amazing. The whole experience is fab from been greeted by Donna on reception to all the girls that work in the place and make you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend and I will be going back again. Thanks ladies xx
