Popped in to salon to chat about my unruly brows and Emily was lovely gave me brows that look lovely and tidy really listened to what I wanted and helped me choose a brow palette and showed me how to apply properly as well salon is warm clean and bright I’ll deffo be making regular visits

Kettering store fantastic I have cluster eyelashes every 6 weeks by aman and there fab always done perfect and last a long time brilliant client skills and management is also fab never had a problem .

Had my eyelash extensions done by Aman and they look so damn good! � it was my first time so I was nervous about how it would turn out but she showed me photos of the different types on previous clients and explained everything thoroughly. It exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with how they turned out! Will 100% be back!

Am normally really pleased with the service here but was very disappointed today. The lady who did my nails was very abrupt. I didn’t like the way she spoke to me, especially when I moved my sunglasses further up onto my head and checked the time on my phone to which the lady said “Don’t touch them” (regarding my nails) when I didn’t even have any nail polish on. She then took my phone out of my pocket and put it on the side which I did not appreciate as I didn’t want my phone out or her reaching into my pocket. I would consider going back to have my nails done as I am normally really impressed but I will not have the same lady do my nails.

I would give no stars but i cant very unhappy had my eye brows done do not match one up one down thin i have been crying there so bad i was given treatment for free but a offer to come back two weeks after not for free i may add went to a wedding made me feel awful got told to use a eyebrow pencil great thanks can do that everyday with 3 children one being disabled bad service do not go.
