went to Zouk last night for the pulse night, staff where friendly and the new menu was amazing the food had fantastic flavours We have never eaten there before but will be going again x

Zouks is my favourite restaurant by a million miles that Goan Fish Curry is the bomb in fact every meal is brilliant

Was my first time here today, i loved it! I like curries but this was one of the best. Came with work at lunch time but will defo return for a night out with the wife

OMG...what can I say about this gem of a restaurant?? I've travelled the length and breadth of this land and eaten at multitudes of Indian restaurants...some bad (in fact, lots bad) and some good but none come anywhere near the excellence of the food served in this place. Eat here as often and as regular as you can...you won't be disappointed!!! Love it!!!

Move over Akbaars....this is 1 of the BEST curries I have ever had. The presentation is delightful and the staff are so accommodating and happy. Can't fault it. Would highly recommend.

Great service with a smile. Very tasty, not rushed. Fab food every time without fail. I love rhis place

Had a great night last night at Zouk, food was lovely and staff were friendly. Food arrived quickly with plenty of time between each course, cocktails were lovely too. If there is one downside it was the toilets, one toilet was full of toilet paper and other toilet had the seat hanging off, these little things have an impact and don't take much to sort.

Got charged for 2 cokes and only ordered one didn't realise until I was at home the staff are nice and helpful nothings too much trouble for them poor lighting can hardly see

The starters were good. Coming to the main course the food isn’t upto the mark. Bad customer service, had to wait for 15 mins after asking for water. Their yogurt was stale and it tasted like as if it was opened and not used for a while. Paid around 45£ not worth that kind of money !!!

What a disappointment this was. At one time this was my favorite place to eat, to me, best in Bradford. I went back thinking it would improve from my last visit. Finally decided will not go there no more. What happened? Have they changed the chef? Starters were dry, curry was too salty, and for my favourite Turkish delight ice-cream, all I tasted was bitter ice! It has been a complete let down especially the last two occasions. I hope the review what has gone wrong and establish a plan for improvement.

We hadn't booked a table but they fitted us in even though they were busy. Got served pretty fast. When we ordered we double checked that the food was mild. When it arrived it was way too spicy they did change the dishes which didn't take long but again the food was really spicy. We left most of the food as we couldn't eat it. We paid the bill and left hungry. The staff are lovely and can't do enough for you but unfortunately we would not return.

Never really review when ive had a bad experience. But this place is not worth the try unless you want roti salan.. even then you will find better places for roti salan 🤔

The curry and poppadoms arrived the poppadoms tasted horrible they had seeds which it doesn't state on the menu and tasted horrible. When asked for plain ones instead they told me they didn't have none. Then my curry was full of oil literally dripping in so much oil. So over priced ! Should have avoided and gone to Akbars.

Overall service Crap, complained about the steak and the overcooked chips and what did i get? management arguing back. As far as i am aware costumer is always right. Never again. Stay away from this place!!!!

Having visited your establishment on a number of occasions and enjoyed my experience, it is with regret that I am having to conduct this negative message/review today.



I visited the restaurant with my wife at 14.30, the restaurant was relatively quiet, however I was given an uncomfortable corner seat, my wife is heavily pregnant and therefore I decided to move to one of the empty seats for her comfortability, when the waiter came to take the order he was disgusted at our seat change without permission and didn't hide the fact he was, having been subjected to a barrage of verbal abuse, my wife and I left the establishment and decided to take our custom to somewhere it would be more appreciated and the waiter watched us walk out with a look of disgust.



Your Facebook page states you are award winning, customer service is a key to ascertaining awards and I am afraid to say that I shall not be visiting your establishment and be passing on my thoughts to all my friends and family.
