Morning Zumba Fam!! Went out for a “bit of jog” this morning!! Can’t quite believe it, 2nd half in 3 weeks....smashed some PB’s 🤩 (eh hem....58:22 10k🤭) why am posting this? Not to brag (ok maybe a wee hit 😆) but I wanted to share with you all that with the right determination, training and a little bit of a push from old people you can achieve anything!! ✨ I NEVER thought I’d be able to best my 1hr 4mins 10k let alone run a half marathon!!
