Lots of fun dancing with pupils (and staff!) this half term, as part of the activities introduced alongside the 'Healthy Living Passports'. рҹ’Ә
Pupils have had the opportunity to take part in a wide range of activities including the 'Monday Mile' after-school, Wednesday Wake and Shake with Mrs Smith, Thursday fun with the Health Activator and Friday Zumba with me рҹҳҒ (alongside all the other active clubs on offer!).
It's been lovely seeing both their enthusiasm and energy for Fri...day Zumba, and the wide range of ways they've been keeping active!

One of my favourite things about Zumba is that it's for everybody (and every body!). Whether you've danced for years or have never danced before. Whether you're in peak physical condition or just starting out. I've danced with people of all ages and backgrounds - people I would never have met if it wasn't for... Zumba. And yet, despite these differences, we're all part of the same community, united through Zumba. рҹӨ—
If you haven't tried a Zumba class yet, I definitely recommend going. (Two left feet are always welcome!). If you're feeling nervous, go with a friend - I did and I've never looked back! рҹҳҒрҹ‘Ҝ

Wow, what a year it has been!
I finally took a leap of faith and completed my ZumbaВ® training in January, followed by my ZumbaВ® Kids & Kids jr training in Feb. IвҖҷve taught ZumbaВ® Kids classes, my wonderful Teen class, a class for staff at a local Secondary schoolвҖҰ
IвҖҷve danced with families at our Zumba Family Events, hosted ZumbaВ® Kids birthday parties and events, and danced with the lovely Pre-Schoolers at Benhall Infants! рҹҳҒ
... IвҖҷve led Zumba sessions with classes at Lakeside school, as part of their вҖҳHealthy LivingвҖҷ week, and danced with over 900 pupils in July as part of their warm-ups for the Cheltenham Multi-skills festival. рҹ‘«
IвҖҷve danced with 16th Cheltenham Brownies, 36th Cheltenham (St Nicholas) Brownies, 16th Cheltenham Guides, 1st Reddings Rainbows, 2nd Hardwicke Brownies, 2nd Pittville (Salem) Rainbows, 21st Gloucester Brownies, 1st Warden Hill Rainbows and more!
But most importantly, over the past year, IвҖҷve met and danced with so many wonderful people (far too many to mention). рҹҳҚ Thank you to everyone who has danced with me or supported me in 2018. I canвҖҷt wait to see what 2019 has in store! рҹ’ғ
