A lovely small hotel with very comfortable rooms, great service and wonderful food

Absolutely amazing staff! I ended up having to stay a night in Guernsey as my flight on route to jersey got cancelled. The hotel staff, especially emma could not have been more helpful and welcoming! They made sure I was comfortable and even managed to make me a sandwich as I'd missed dinner service! Could not recommend this place enough! The room was also amazing and had everything you could ever need!

The hotel was wonderful, spread out over a small collection of buildings with a communal pool, bar and ample parking. The staff were also professional and helpful, with the food on offer being equally good. There was a rather bad smell on two occasions outdoors, but this may have just been a one off during the time I visited.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff were all 100% attentive. When we arrived the person on the reception showed us around and then on to our room which was excellent. We were on half board, therefore eating every evening in the restaurant. What a fantastic menu and superb food. My husband and I chose something different every evening and that was for all courses! We were never disappointed. We were made to feel that we were being treated as individuals and I am sure everyone felt that way. We always enjoyed pre-dinner drinks in the bar and enjoyed Richard's attentiveness and relaxed approach while still remaining very professional. The Dining Room was a pleasure to dine in at all times with Ivo running the 'whole show' effortlessly. We are unable to name all the staff individually but everyone we came across were brilliant. The weather was not that good for our week in Guernsey so thank goodness for 'La Barberie' which came up trumps in every way!!
