We had a fantastic printing workshop a couple of months ago and it was so popular we are hosting another print workshop with Adrian Beasley Imaging on 14th & 15th October with a choice of joining us for 1 or 2 days. You’ll go home with plenty of knowledge to take your images through the stages of printing both in black and white and full colour. We’ll look at var...ious paper types and how these can change how your image prints, we will be printing on lots of different papers by Fotospeed and will be looking at framing techniques and much more. SAIL series - 1. Round The Island Race Isle of Wight 2018. We had very little wind, calm seas and lack of speed for the stunning yachts to race around the island compared to the past 3 years that I’ve photographed this event, but it’s still one of the best photographed sailing events I enjoy doing! Exploring Cornwall at night is truly beautiful! Well except the 3am finishes 😆. Taken last week with a group of keen night photographers we practised light painting on Wheal Prosper at Rinsey on the Cornish coast. We have a few pieces of Carla's work and it really enhances our home. I love the cushions, they bring a lovely splash of colour to our lounge. The gallery and staff are very helpful and always welcoming, even when we bring the dog!

Met Carla by chance and had an awesome day of being at the best places at the best time with the best tutor I could imagine - patient, knowledgeable and kind. If you want to see Cornwall at it‘s best take a day with Carla, you won‘t regret it!

The images we did won me several competitions in my camera club, so it‘s not only playing around for sure :-)

In late September I was very lucky to benefit from 2, 5 hour one-to-one tuition sessions with Carla; wow! She is not only a very talented photographer but also a natural teacher. She was able to give me the benefit of her detailed local knowledge by taking me to some great locations and also her expert knowledge of seascape photography, long exposure photography, use of Lee filters and much more. She teaches in a calm, relaxed and friendly manner, making the sessions fun as well as informative. A very lovely young lady and great professional, I can wholeheartedly recommend her tuition for photographers of all levels. Many thanks Carla.

I have just had 1-1 tuition with Carla. I hadn't done landscape photography for some years but Carla was extremely patient and made me feel very at ease. I learned a lot photography wise and Carla also introduced me to Lightroom and showed me how to process my photos. Had a fantastic photography lesson from Carla yesterday. Tremendously helpful in showing me around my camera and how to come off the automatic settings to really achieve better photos. Great help and advice on lenses also. It was relaxed and easy going....one to one....would recommend having such a lesson to anyone interested.
