Worst experience I ever had. I bought good worth 2000 pounds one of it a TV and literally took it out of the box and snapped. When I took it back I didn't even get some empathy and been send to fix it on my own expense worth 400 pounds. What's even the point buying from there if they can't guarantee fixing it. I will never again buy from here.

Great selection on show and far more online which can be ordered in store. Brilliant staff on our visit.

Ok if you know what you want, staff need training in customer service and tested on knowledge of the products i.e computing before advising customers

Although working IT I hate some of the things staff say often items I get are no more expensive than ones online so often use this shop. Staff are decent once they realise you don't fall for the sales tricks...

Recently took back a 5 month old macbook which had developed a problem with the screen, the manager was basically not interested in helping me. He asked if I had taken out their ridiculous service policy, when I've informed him I hadn't he told me that I should take it to the local Apple authorised repairer in direct contravention to my statutory consumer rights. He then tried to convince me that the screen was cracked despite no change in the surface of the glass, he was rude offhand and utterly unhelpful, why would I give this company my business again after being treated in such a manner. The level of arrogance beggars belief.

Really helpful staff and a surprisingly good amount of stock.

I wanted to get a job of retailers in this shop - after long test I waited a few days and then they rejected my application without explaining. GG guys. I'm NOT gonna buy anything in this shop and I already recommended my friends do not buy anything there. Better to use amazon.

Great Staff, great product but....trying to find out about a repair on line is a nightmare !!!! You can't call the store you bought it through.

The staff are friendly and helpful, but today the music was so loud, it was impossible to concentrate on what the salesman was saying. Do you really think the customers want pounding music like this to enhance their experience? The staff may like it but I am sure the customers don't. I left the store and will purchase on line. Please TURN IT OFF.
