As part of the Gardens Eco sustainability as much of our food as possible is either sourced from the gardens themselves or from the Island. All of our flour used in the cakes and bread is milled by a watermill in Calbourne. Our bread is baked freshly every morning by our chefs and we hope you can taste the difference. If there is anything you would like that is not on this menu then please just ask. Enjoy your meal! All of our food is prepared here and cooked freshly to order, at busy periods it may take longer than you may think but sit back, enjoy the gardens and your food will be in front of you in no time.
