The first gym I’ve been to where I haven’t felt intimidated. Both staff and fellow members are friendly, helpful and encouraging.

Although small, it has everything I need and I’m amazed by the amount of classes available .

I’m a particular fan of the new running club.

I would definitely recommend this gym.

Really good gym, a massive improvement from fit4less to energie fitness since the new owners have taken over and it has been renovated.



The staff are always kind and really helpful, they helped me to understand how to use the equipment with good form and care about helping you to achieve your personal goals, no matter how busy it is. Energie fitness is the most welcoming gym I have been to.



There is a wide range of classes at different times to suit everyone, with internal instructors who are qualified and create a good atmosphere in all the classes. As well as the external instructors that come in to provide specific classes to a really high standard. There is always spaces available in the classes, which you can book online aswell.



It is much more than what I expected for such a good price. Congratulations to all the staff for doing such a good job. ��

Just started going back to the gym after months of not going, never been happier, would go every day if I could

It’s been a few years since I’ve used a gym. Having had the facility of driving everywhere and driving for a living I slowly put on weight over a 6 year period getting up to just under 15.5 stone.



When I had to surrender my license I had no other option but to walk everywhere and since February 2017 I have lost 2 stone some of which was muscle.



My first day at this great gym to regain the muscle was very enjoyable and having set a target feel motivated to achieve my goals in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. All the top equipment and free weights you need.

I'm not a natural gym person, I can't do one push up or run unless there's an axe murderer chasing me. Since joining énergie I've been going to 2-3 classes a week which are always good fun, and even started using the gym equipment. The team are all really lovely and everyone is so friendly, it's become part of our social life! Would highly recommend for any fitness level

I signed up to energie about 6 months ago and have been surprised how much better it is compared to previous gym Iv been a member of, the staff are brilliant, is always clean and tidy, can always get on the equipment I’m after and machines are in great condition. Would thouroghly recomend!

I love this gym- there are a huge variety of classes & the team are so friendly. I’ve lost 10lbs so far, more to go but confident I’ll reach my goal. Thank you guys -especially Fran, Matt & Roberto - it’s such a motivating place to go and work out.

I love the range of classes from relaxing yoga to intense weight and cardio there are so many options . The staff always greet you with a smile which is very welcoming

Huge improvement for what use to be 3 years ago when i was on fit4less for 3months, team very friendly from day 1 and willing to help, gym clean and organize, can't wait to see progress in the next couple of weeks!

For years I have thought about joining the gym and then thrown that thought out with excuses not to go...



My friend joined end of last week and I spent the weekend umming and ahhing then I phoned and joined on Monday...



They other 2 payment plans one of which is rolling (so you can cancel at any time but they require a months notice) the other one is fixed (you are tied in for 12 months) having never been in a gym and with my anxieties around groups I found this very encouraging to help me join knowing I could try it and see if it works for me :)



I had an induction with Fran at 1pm Tuesday (was very daunting being there at first... I clutched my stone so tight) Fran is a lovely lady and great at putting you at ease without even knowing it :)



By my second attendance (first after induction) the gym felt like home :) doesn't matter how many people are in there your all so focused on doing your thing that you barely notice :)



I have attended 2 classes this week and the leaders were both lovely although the classes were tough (I guess they are supposed to be though :) ).



I don't really know all names yet confidently but all staff I have come into contact with have been very friendly and very patient :) They have answered all of my questions promptly (there has been a lot lol).



I already find myself saying I don't wanna be here I wanna be in the gym LOL and encouraging friends to come too <3



If you are looking for a gym that is a safe, friendly environment at a pace that suits you then you definitely need to join Energie :)



You will need a pad lock for the lockers but you can also purchase a very good quality one from the gym for £3.

Energie in Hemel is a cracking gym and very good value. It is well set up to achieve your fitness goals and the staff are knowledgeable and keen to support your progress.

Discovered Energie Fitness Hemel last week, lovely facilities & super friendly staff. Strong by Zumba was an amazing class and the instructor Eszter was an absolute star; professional, motivating & enthusiastic! Highly recommend �

Brilliant Gym! The equipment is exactly what you need, whether you are the die hard trainer or just trying to stay fit. All top quality equipment by Precor USA and a lovely studio too! Managers and members of staff always happy to give advice and guidance if needed. A very motivating atmosphere, especially now with the new management. Perfect gym and for such a great price!

Best gym in Hemel. I've never stuck at fitness for this long in my life and it's all down the lovely people at this gym :-)

As this gym is under new ownership it is very clean, great equipment and they show you how to use the machines if unsure to use. Great fitness classes too. Highly recommend

After losing weight 2 years ago, and struggling to find a gym I can use comfortably to tone up, I can safely say I have now found the right place. The whole team have given me so much motivation and determination to reach my goals. For anyone with any body confidence issues, I could not recommend joining energie enough.



Energie offers a truly personalised experience, and day by day I am closer to what I want to achieve because of their unparalleled efforts.

Absolutely perfect. You can just get on with your workout without most of the time no having to wait to use the equipment. Friendly. Clean and most of all affordable. Xxxx

I have plenty of friends going there as well, since it's all in Hemel Hempstead Town Centre : )

Currently having Roberto, Andres and Fran & Buddy on the floor. Always friendly, helpful and they make a Great Team!!

Also to mention competitive new prices, great classes at different hours to suit everyone attending.

Spacious and clean changing rooms, resting area with sofa, table and chairs, drinking water dispenser and a hot drink vending machine.

I hope this review is helpful and I hope you, whoever you are reading it now, will just try it out for yourself!!
