Interconnected via winding hallways and staircases, 11 Cadogan Gardens hotel is located in the heart of London’s most talked about neighbourhood: Chelsea, with King’s Road shopping, the avant-garde Royal Court Theatre, Kensington, Natural History Museum and V& A all with walking distance.
The hotel is only a short stroll from the fashion boutiques of Sloane Street, Kings Road, Peter Jones, the world famous Harrods and Harvey Nichols are also within 5 min walk.

Yet again another top stay. I just love this hotel. The staff are amazing across the board from the minute you book until when you leave. Rooms are stunning , the bar is full of treats. Can't see past here. Just need to be stripped searched as I always come away with the key in my pocket. A must try place

What a complete gem of a hotel , we had read reviews prior to our trip so we were a little excited , Richie (head concierge) was on hand to greet when we arrived , what a delightful true English gentleman, I wish I could of taken him home with me , he made us belly chuckle , extremely attentive, nothing was too big or small always going that extra mile but as well as telling us lots of little interesting and funny stories he listened , the champagne was gratefully received , the gentleman who works nights in the bar was always considerate of our needs and never too busy to welcome us and chat , housekeeping and reception staff equally attentive , the room was impeccably clean with fresh towels and robes , little delightful packages and bags of goodies , every room had its own unique decor and the old little lift was a sight to behold , we cannot wait to return , we cannot thank you enough for making us feel so welcome , customer service at its best 5* quality , everyone needs to meet Richie at least once in their lifetime ���

Our first stop on a sixteen day European Holiday was 11 Cadogan Gardens, the true definition of "a hidden gem-diamond in the rough." I was in awe with each peek and turning door knob. Charming and exquisite touches, with a staff that takes pride and very seriously their job description, while making you feel like family. We can't wait to return and experience all of it, all over again. What a blessing!
My husband and I stayed at 11 Cadogan gardens for 3 days over christmas in one of their junior suites. I loved this hotel everything is original and I truly enjoyed the 'oldness' of it. The concierge (can't remember his name now ooops sorry) young man with glasses was so helpful and friendly in fact all the staff were - nothing too much trouble. The room was beautiful immaculately clean, gorgeous bathroom can't fault it. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was we were there for Christmas day and it wasn't very 'christmassy'. Not sure what I was expecting but christmas crackers or Dec's at breakfast maybe? A little something left in the room? Anyway I did mention this to our concierge when we were having a Christmas drink in the bar and he immediately went out and put some Christmas music on and proudly put on a hat!! Made my day. Plan on another stay there shortly highly recommended and I am a self confessed hotel snob
My first stay at 11 Cadogan Gardens.Just one night as I had to be in London to see a friend from the RA who was playing in Alcina.Absolutely wonderful-it almost felt like I was staying in a house in the middle of London with people I'd known for years!All the staff were very friendly and attentive,the bedroom was incredibly comfortable and the ambience was just lovely.I brought my friend back to the hotel after the opera(with his cello!)and although it was late,the night porter made sure we could have a warm supper in the bar!
I've found my home from home,and won't be staying anywhere else when I'm in London!

My daughter and I spent 9 days at the hotel, truly a test for any hotel. The results were perfection. From the greeting from Paul our concierge a genial soul from Limerick, through to every single member of staff we encountered our stay was made memorable. 11 Cadogan Gardens is a lovely hotel set away from the hustle of London. It was lovely to come down the quiet street to what felt like home each evening, but it was the staff that truly made it memorable. Thank you all

Gracious from the moment you step in. William and staff anticipate your every need. Room service so quick it is almost creepy! Rooms are spacious and decorated in discreet good taste. Bathrooms are roomy and well stocked. ideally located just steps from Sloane Square--this is 5 stars with just the right amount of quirkiness.

The "11 Cadogan Gardens" Hotel In Chelsea, London.
Got an upgrade at check-in to a stunning suite.
The spacious living room has 2 gorgeous chandeliers, a working gas fireplace, very nice upholstered chairs, and couch.
The whole hotel has just finished being renovated beginning 2016. The bed is big and detailed in a splendid carved wooden frame. The bathroom is gorgeous with a separate bath (bath salts) and shower - the pressure is amazing, both on the rain option and the regular one. Toiletries are abundant.
The complimentary water bottles are glass, custom made with the hotel name on it. Nespresso capsules are abundant and restocked if needed free. None of the cheap annoying hotel tricks here.
The design of the hotel is excellent. The Hotels attention to detail and their dedication to their guest experience surpasses almost any luxury hotel I've ever experienced.
You truly feel taken care of.
To top it off: Just came back from a day of touring to find Chocolates and sweets on the bed, new bottled water (moved bedside now) and replenished coffee and clean coffee cups.
Fab place great location. Did take 25 mins to serve cocktail with only us in the bar. Kind curtious staff. Reasonable rates for this area of town. 15 mins walk to RHS Chelsea show.15 mins in other direction to Hyde Park.
Amazing hotel with a great concierge. Loved the breakfast and the linen is super soft and cozy.

A beautiful hotel. Warm atmosphere, friendly staff who will go beyond the call of duty to ensure your stay, regarding of duration, is just perfect. A short walk from Sloane Square station with great shops and eateries in the area. Karine and James are amazing. Heading there for Afternoon Tea soon.
