We now have agreements in place with some offshore banks such as Baltikums Bank. Applications are made online, and clients are still required to present ID documents in person. Baltikums now has agencies throughout Europe and Asia and clients are given the opportunity to select a local agent to whom the can present their documents. There is usually a fee of €400 involved for opening an account.The advantage of using our affiliate banks is that they do not require legalised or apostilled documents. This can be a significant saving.

Very professional service. I have used 1st Choice now for many years without a single problem.

I want to change by bad review for this company after I realized the main problem was HMRC that could update my sole trader business address correctly. Robert (probably the company's manager) went the extra mile to sort out the problem for me and stayed in constant communication. Soon I will move my LTD address with them as well. The worst service I never received.

I have ordered and pay for a Scotland LP + additionnal extra services on January 30th. A lot of emails without reply or with a belated reply and I got my company incorporated on March 14th....

I've paid for DHL quick delivery for all the documents and ..... I'm still waiting and nobody replyes to my emails.

This is a real review with real data's: go away if you want to save your money and your time.

I have been waiting for more than 2 months to get registered as a CIC. It turns out that Robert Morris honestly forgot to send it in but this could been handled if they had an actual system in place to make sure things get done.



I've called four separate times for an update on how things are going and every single time someone promises to call me back. They never do.



The one and only exception to this was the day I heard from Companies House they never got my paperwork in the first place and I called demanding answers. I just called at 2pm asking for an update, hopeful that this is finally resolved.



Again someone promised somebody will get back to me as soon as possible and again I have not gotten a call back.



I've emailed three separate times and every single time I get one line responses that are variations of:



"We haven't received any update from Robert, your documents are already sent to him for further proceeding."



I spent part of a very small grant for their help setting up this community project. I cannot move things forward until this is resolved and I wish I never gave them my business.
