We hired 1sw for our wedding ceremony and reception and they did an absolutely brilliant job. Our co-ordinator Irfan was extremely professional and attentive throughout the planning process and really listened to what we exactly wanted on both days and delivered. They were very supportive and liaised with us regularly and we must say the actual decor on both days was stunning. All our guests were completely mesmerised by the decor and the attention to detail that they paid. I would highly recommend the 1sw team for styling any event

Sohail looked after us from the start to finish, he has a calming nature which gave me trust towards the team.

Irfan goes beyond what is expected and delivers way beyond your expectations. I used 1SW almost 10 years ago and back then they did a fantastic job then too. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend them

For any function big or small - tell them your budget and they will be happy to work around that. Thank you once again... true professionals all around!

Jaz looked after us from the very beginning, right until the end. She was always polite, never frustrated with my frequent changes and was overall professional. We were able to meet twice face to face and had numerous phone calls and emails checking each detail was right.

I hired 1SW for my wedding reception last minute due to my catering company not having the right kind of decor and 1SW team totally took care of everything. After one meeting they knew exactly what I wanted and were able to take my vision and turn into a beautiful stage and hall decor for my wedding.

All my guests loved the decor and I couldn't have been more happier.

Highly recommended and I'd definitely use them again for family weddings

Stage and chairs were set up morning of wedding last year. I ordered 250 chairs. Unfortunately when I got there there were 50 chairs of the wrong colour because they were not able to get 250 gold chairs so I was given 200 gold chairs and 50 silver chiavari chairs. Contacting this company was told not able to get those chairs in the right colour (on the day of my wedding prior to 3 hours my guests arriving) I then accepted defeat and had to find a company in central London doing chairs (this was a Sunday so a very stressful day for me as everything was closed) Not a good experience and I pray it never happens to a bride!

Hired 1sw to do my brother's wedding stage an decor last week. Everything was fine except for the carpet we requested for the aisle. We were told it would be taped down and secure but it wasn't at all! This meant the carpet had gone all over and people kept tripping on it.

One of my friends even broke her heel because of it! Surely this isn't up to your standards. I'm 8 months pregnant and thankfully I didn't trip because I made sure to avoid that carpet, but it could have been so bad. I have photos to show if needed.

DO NOT USE:

I don't usually post things like this but I feel it's extremely important for anyone getting married anytime soon and looking for wedding decorators. Under NO circumstances use 1SW based in London and Bradford Bombay Stores. As much as their decor looks great in pictures they have disgusting behaviour! Having spent more than 6hrs with them on 3 different occasions finalising my decor within an agreed price. They then demand an extra £500+ on top of what was already agreed and if we don't pay it they have told us to go find someone else. This being 4 WEEKS to my big day leaving me absolutely devastated with an unbelievable level of stres! In addition to that, my venue mentioned they trashed the place on the last set up they did and it took the venue 4hrs to clean up after them. The venue is also being ignored by 1SW managenent! No one should have to deal with this so close to their big dayand by no means use this company unless you want to be conned! �
