This is the second time we have used 365 Airport Transfers. On both occasions the drivers were punctual and pleasant. For a family of 4 it proved to be a much more cost effective option than travelling by public transport. Not to mention the avoidance of congested railway stations! The text message notification system really adds to the confidence factor when travelling and meeting flight deadlines. We have recommended your service to many friends and will use you again in the future. Thanks!

This is the first time that we have used 365 taxi, we were impressed by the arrangements from start to finish, everything worked like clockwork, being kept up to date with booking confirmation by email, messaging to provide detail of driver and car, booking completely dealt with via online just two days before, driver waiting, quality car, polite service and apart from the awful traffic on M25, but guessing nothing they could do about that :)

My driver was very professional, helpful and polite. He met us in the arrivals hall and pushed our luggage trolley to the car as he saw we were struggling with our daughter. Upon arriving at destination, (I don't live here in England), the driver stayed with me until sure that we had reached the correct place. Extremely disappointed, annoyed and left stranded at London Stansted Airport at 12:15am on a Sunday night as our taxi was an hour late, and the best they could do was tell us the taxi was going to be a further half an hour late, and give us a very generous £4 discount. Never going to use this company again.

But tonight no car, despite booking this with them and receiving a confirmation. I only found this out when I called to say I had arrived early to be told they would contact the driver and call me back. 15 minutes later and I had heard nothing so I called back to be told they could not contact the driver, then to be told perhaps it would be best to get another car. I asked them to sort this out and call me back in 10 minutes with the details of the car and driver. I am still waiting for them to call me - nearly 2 hours later. Imagine if I was a stranger to London I would feel stranded. I will never use this service again and will stop recommending to all my corporate connections.

Dreadful service. Instead of refunding the cancelled service I have been charged 3 times! And now they are ignoring my emails to claim my money back.

I just want to say that your service is excellent. In fact if there was a category higher than "excellent" I would award that to you. From the ease in bookings and payment to the communications and prompt replies, everything has been superb. Customer Service rep Celina Catau is to be highly commended. When I was faced with major flight delays she was able to make modifications without any hassles and always courteous and fast in her replies. It put my mind to ease. The driver was on time and vehicle clean. Driver was very friendly too. I highly recommend your services and will recommend to others. I plan to use the service again soon.

I have traveled and used car services all over the world extensively, including in the UK. My experience of this trip starting from the booking process to the actual journeys has been none other than exceptional. The online booking was simple, I had a call from your cab controller, followed by regular texts to keep me informed of who, when and what car is picking me. The drivers on both journeys were on time and very professional and courteous. Thanks very much for a very comfortable trip - I have bookmarked you in my browser for future trips.

I had a wonderful experience booking through your company. All my queries and concerns were promptly attended to and staff were happy to take their time with me to explain everything. My driver was very professional, helpful and polite. He met us in the arrivals hall and pushed our luggage trolley to the car as he saw we were struggling with our daughter. Upon arriving at destination, (I don't live here in England), the driver stayed with me until sure that we had reached the correct place. The return journey was as good, the driver was on time and let us know when he had arrived. All worked like clockwork thanks and I will certainly use your company again.

Never experienced any problems with them, always on time, drivers are very polite and their cars are always clean. The operators are very friendly and can help you book the journey by yourself online, or by using their online chat which is very useful and takes just a few minutes. The airport journeys are always nice because they wait for you at arrivals with your name displayed and the flight is tracked for any delays. My choice for when I need to travel to catch a flight or coming back home. Thank you very much guys!

I would give them no stars if I could. Extremely disappointed, annoyed and left stranded at London Stansted Airport at 12:15am on a Sunday night as our taxi was an hour late, and the best they could do was tell us the taxi was going to be a further half an hour late, and give us a very generous £4 discount. Never going to use this company again.

I have been using 365 for the last year and on average every 2 weeks for airport journeys. On the whole it is a great service. But tonight no car, despite booking this with them and receiving a confirmation. I only found this out when I called to say I had arrived early to be told they would contact the driver and call me back. 15 minutes later and I had heard nothing so I called back to be told they could not contact the driver, then to be told perhaps it would be best to get another car. I asked them to sort this out and call me back in 10 minutes with the details of the car and driver. I am still waiting for them to call me - nearly 2 hours later. Imagine if I was a stranger to London I would feel stranded. I will never use this service again and will stop recommending to all my corporate connections.

Dreadful service. Instead of refunding the cancelled service I have been charged 3 times! And now they are ignoring my emails to claim my money back.

Wouldn't recommend it, ever!!!
