2 ladies dropped off at 6.00. This airport is becoming a farce. Massive queues to drop off, demented individuals in high vis jackets waiving their arms like helicopters. As i leave i estimate the queie to drop off is about 1 mile.

Looking for controllers for what is now a busy office at Ingatestone station. we need cover Thursday and Friday between 6.00 and 16.00 and Friday Saturday Night between 16.00 and 2.00 A good knowledge of the areas covered by Brentwood Council would be beneficial, Require a good telephone manner and must be able to operate a simple computerized dispatch system . Amazing service, rescued us last night after 2 other Brentwood cab companies were incredibly rude, driver was really friendly and controller was super helpful.

Very disappointed - pre booked a taxi for six women from middle of nowhere to home for just after midnight - NO TAXI ARRIVED and no contact made even though contact details left with controller. Thankfully the hotel stayed open so we could keep warm and we ended up contacting a different firm for them to come and rescue us. Horrible feeling being left stranded These events put a dampener on what was a very good night

Really disappointed that our prebooked cab didn't arrive at 12:30 last night, despite leaving contact details no call or explanation was received. Will use another firm next time.
