About 94 Cadet Detachment Royal Regiment Of Fusiliers

94 Cadet Detachment is an Army Cadet Force detachment based in Blackheath. The ACF is for 12-18 year olds and is a great experience building on discipline, teamwork and leadership.
We parade on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 19: 00 to 21: 30

94 Cadet Detachment Royal Regiment Of Fusiliers Description

The Army Cadet Force (ACF) has over 46, 000 cadets in almost 1, 700 detachments all over the country and is one of the biggest and best gangs around. When it comes to action, excitement and adventure, it’s hard to find anything that beats the Army Cadets.

The Army Cadet Force trains cadets in military subjects:
Drill and Turnout
Fieldcraft
First Aid
Map and Compass
Military Knowledge
Shooting
Skill at Arms

This training provides a unique and enjoyable experience for cadets!

Become an Army Cadet and you’ll be spending your spare time taking part in adventurous activities like rock climbing, mountain biking, archery and abseiling. There will also be plenty of chance to play all your favourite sports because the ACF has competitions for both boys and girls at county, regional and national level.

OK, so you might end up a little wet and muddy, but wouldn't you rather be having the time of your life with some great new mates, instead of just sitting in front of a TV or computer alone in your room?

Due to new social media rules I'm afraid that we need to shut down this facebook page. Under the new rules I have opened a 'closed group.' This means that only *current* cadets at 94 Detachment may be a member. Once you ask to be a member, I will approve you and you may then post and see the messages. I have uploaded pictures from the Sector Drill Comp to start it off. This page will be shut down in a few weeks.

Well done to all those on the Coy Shooting Weekend. Again the unit with the largest number of cadets on camp, as well as lots of 1*, 2*, 3* passes as well as Marksman and 1st Class shots. Well done all.

User

I know there have been exams but can everyone make an effort to come up tonight as we need parent letters and consent forms for the three upcoming camps. You don't want to miss out on the April and May training weekends.

I want to speak to everyone tonight interesting in learning how to skydive. You MUST be over 16 on the day of the jump. The cost is £150 pp which includes 6 hours of training, kit hire, and one SOLO jump (no tandem here.) After which you become a member of the Army Parachute Association and can jump at your leisure for £25 a time in the future. Talk to your parents and we will discuss tonight who is interested and the possibility of raising money to cover the costs.
