Hi everyone, We are hoping to start our group classes as soon as possible but we want to make sure the days and times of classes are convenient for everyone who wants to take part. I will run them on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. They will be whole body circuits classes. If you would like to take part in our classes then leave a comment below of times which are convenient for you and I will do my best to find the time suited for everyone.

Hi Everyone, the Gym is now fully up and running and we still have a few membership spaces available, I’m also now available to take on clients for some one on one training sessions. I’ve developed an Equestrian specific workout programme to aid with strength, stamina and balance for Horse riders. There’s also an opportunity for other Personal Trainers looking for somewhere to train their clients or hold classes. Please message me if you’re interested and want further information.

Hi everyone, I hope you all had a great Christmas. After a long time planning, my Gym is finally ready (apart from one piece of equipment) it’s a no frills Gym but I believe it has everything you need to get in shape, lose weight or just become a better stronger version of yourself. As of February I’ll also be offering private training sessions. Membership spaces are limited and cost £20 per month.
