A pleasure to join Rob Jelly BSc on BBC Essex this week as I answered more listener questions ... and we discussed ... well ... loads.
Can you do too much exercise? How do you combat winter blues? How can you make your own healthy snack bars?
And Rob was a little curious about those things on my feet. So if you've ever wondered what Vibram FiveFingers are all about, take a look.
... I'll be back with Rob in December so if you have any questions for me, get in touch.

These date and nut slices are super easy to make, only three ingredients and way healthier than any snack bar you can buy in the shops.
Give them a go and don't forget to like, share, subscribe and comment.

Yep - porridge oats that taste exactly like carrot cake. There's nothing unhealthy in here either and you can make it the night before for a super quick breakfast - you can even eat it on the way to work.

Wow! Three years ago today I received the first copy of my book from Bloomsbury. Can’t quite believe I did that.

So many people rely on the scales for results when trying to lose weight but is that really the right thing to do?
Here I am on BBC Essex discussing just that and making apple crumble healthy.

I had a request to find a healthy apple crumble recipe. I tried a few and they were pants. So I made up my own ... very not pants.
Try it, love it, share it, like it ... all the stuff.

I was back in the kitchen today batch cooking some of these and working on a healthy apple crumble recipe (video coming soon).
Preparing some meals is the best way to make sure you maintain goals and these burgers are ideal to cook from the freezer - I always have some stored away.
Give them a go and let me know what you think.

High in protein and healthy fats and sugar free, these chocolate and coconut balls don't last very long in our house. Try them for yourself - there's no looking back.

THERE'S BAD NEWS AND GOOD NEWS
Due to the gym refurbishment at Three Rivers Golf and Country Club our regular Accumulator Live class will not be happening for the next few weeks.
However I don't want any of my regulars to miss out so I have something very special prepared ... if you're interested in sticking to your routine while the gym is being spruced up, drop me a private message and I'll let you know what I have planned.

Fancy some free Vibrams? Here's how.

Have you ever set your sights on losing weight or getting fitter, started with the best of intentions then given up before the end?
Take a look at what happened when I appeared on BBC Essex helping one listener reach her goal. I also took in some yummy home made dairy free dark chocolate.

Looking forward to another health and fitness Q&A on BBC Essex this afternoon with Tony Fisher - you can join us after 3 and here's what we got up to last time.

User

More disappointing reporting from the BBC. Great work from Linda for telling it like it is.

I'm back. With a slight re-brand, my twin brother and some dairy free chocolate that you can make in minutes.
You can get all the stuff at www.teamaccumulator.com/chocolate
Please like, follow, share and post a picture because I like those.

I've spent years exercising and not seeing results. But September this year I started going to Accumulator Live sessions & already my body shape and confidence levels have changed for the better. Due to an injury I've also been lucky enough to work with Paul in one to one sessions - where he has guided me on nailing technique. I now believe I can do stuff I've never would have imagined. I'm seeing brilliant results. I'm hugely grateful.

I have been doing the Accumulator since the beginning and I have found it has really worked for me. My body is more toned and I feel much fitter! After I had my child I never thought my belly would get toned but it sure has....better than before! The variety of exercises keeps me interested and I love the banter with Paul and my fellow Accumulatees! Thay are fab people and we all motivate and encourage each other! I am normally a bit of a 'drop out' of things...such as gym/classes/swimming as I make excuses not to go and do them.... but I have actually stuck to this because of the program itself...the people I am doing it with and the fact I can do it at home morning, noon or night!...and the main thing I ENJOY it! That helps! There's no excuse not to do it either as it doesn't take up much time and you don't have to go anywhere!

I already did other exercise and had managed to lose weight but one month of accumulating has changed my body shape and actually have upper body strength now. Great group support and love the live feeds and knowledge you get with it.
