Started this re roof today In hailsham East Sussex, over many years the high winds and rain have blown under the roof tiles and deteriorated the felt and the battens allowing damp to Occur as you can see in the pictures.

New step flashing around chimney stack in horsebridge East Sussex.

Another roof completed today in bexhill, this is a recent build by Leonard Croxton everything ran smoothly as it should due to highly skilled builders such as bricklayers and carpenters and to top it off Team accuarte doing the roof 😁😁

New roof started for Croxton Group we felt and batten the roof today getting it ready for new machine made heather Clay roof tiles, all ready for loading, Well done guys 🔨 

So the bad weather has landed ! Even tho we are up against it in the winter and our reliability may only drop due to the weather... we always give it our best to make it all happen for our customers. 

Another one in the bag 👍 complete new roof using new antique brown machine made clay roof tiles using the existing Old clay ridge tiles.

✅ new breatherable membrane felt ... ✅ new blue treated 25x38 battens ✅new machine made antique brown roof tiles ✅chimneys repointed
✅ existing lead removed from around the chimneys and installed new lead flashings
✅ rub down and repaint all existing wood fascia and soffits
✅ remove existing cast iron guttering and repaint and install using new nut & bolts / new fittings
✅ new velux windows and sun tunnels installed
