ACS have developed a Staff & Visitor-Contractor Register (SVCR) system that not only registers Visitors and Contractors on-site, it can be used to register Staff via ID cards, Biometric Readers or simple bar-codes (1D or QR Codes). The SVCR system also provides a professional image for your establishment, for manned or Virtual Receptions using the latest wall mounted Touch Screen Technology that can send pre-formatted H& S emails to expected Visitors /Contractors along with a Visitor Pass for the visiting day or days. Once a Visitor /Contractor arrives on-site they simply scan the emailed pass or present a mobile phone with QR Code, which logs the Visitor-Contractor on the system and it automatically sends an email to the host to notify the arrival. Our SVCR system can also call the host using the All-In-One Touch screen microphone and camera to communicate with the Visitor /Contractor. Our Virtual Reception systems are now being used in many Business, Education and Serviced Office environments.

Our Register systems improve your Safety on-site by providing H& S details prior to arrival and also visible on the reverse side of the Visitor-Contractor Pass. Visitor, Contractor, & Staff Reports are also available on our systems including an automatic Fire /Muster register of all personnel, that can be printed using the pass printer or displayed on an industrial PDA with Barcode & RFID reader to update when people are Safe at a Muster Point, leaving a list of missing people to locate.
