What a wonderful place. I had Been told about the food and the service so I went to it for myself and was not disappointed. Compliments to the chefs.

We received a really friendly welcome, great food (my Husband is still talking about how good the Spanish Chicken was), really beautifully decorated inside. We really enjoyed our night out here. Thank you.

Was in the area last night, had a lovely meal, well presented good quality food. Three course meal very very good value. Staff fantastic. Even tho we live nearly an hour and half away, we would return. Lovely to see such a nice place with great food. Unfortunately a rare thing these days. Thank you!

Visited the admiral Nelson today for the first time with family and friends. Very impressed with the whole experience. A relaxed friendly environment, the food was exceptionally good and tasty and very good hospitality.

No stress, perfect atmosphere, great food and fantastic hosts.

New owners have done a great job. Really nice atmosphere and decor. Good choice of beers and ales. Had a Sunday roast (beef) and the food was brilliant. Came out on a sharing board and there was plenty to go round, even enough for seconds. Went in a group of 14 and all food came out at the same time including starters. Great place. Will defanantly be back.

Lucky enough to have our Christmas Party at the Admiral Nelson and it was fab! The pubs decor is light and modern with a touch of country to it. Amazing array of Gins to try and the food was really tasty and all home cooked. Will definitely visit again !

Lovely place! Very modern interior and very clean. Staff are very friendly too. Food was superb on both my visits. I can highly recommend the beef and beetroot curry! Looking forward to my next visit in May.

I came for a Mother’s Day afternoon tea and it was lovely. Great service yummy food and they didn’t mind some of our strange requests! Been again today for my friends baby shower and the food was even better! Same great service and a very comfortable stylish setting. We didn’t feel pressured to leave and had a lovely afternoon. Thank you. Afternoon tea with a gin is a must ��

Having sampled a number of gins over the summer my husband and I went for dinner last night. The food was lovely, sharing board was delicious as was the pizza and pasta !!

Lovely to have a nice local pub selling quality food at a sensible price.

The selection of Gins available also gets my vote - well done !! We will be back !!

Had a lovely Easter Sunday lunch with the family and in laws.

Food was amazing. The Trio of desserts were calorific (made up word) and the owners/staff did everything to make us welcome.

The decor is beautiful. And we will definitely be back & will also recommend to others.
