I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and the staff for what is being described in my house as “the best party EVER!” Joshua had a laser party with yourselves last night and I was extremely impressed with the whole experience. Unfortunately I did not catch the name of the young man who was running it but I hope that my thanks can be passed onto him as he went above and beyond what was expected of him, not only did he make it a thoroughly enjoyable experience for the children he was very thoughtful and helpful in assisting with other tasks like arranging party bags, cutting cake and suggesting and arranging photo opportunities. He was an absolute credit to your company. The whole party was organised superbly, notably the attention paid to the dietary requirements of one of our party and in my opinion extremely good value for money.

Thankyou for my sons party today! Couldn't fault it! Party hosts George Towner and Lexi Gentry were brilliant!! I bring my 6 yr old here and he loves it! Staff are friendly and work hard to keep families happy. Food is always good value for money and the play areas are clean and well maintained. We'll done Adventure Kidz! Definitely the best indoor play center in the area. Xxxx

My son has been to a few Laser parties here so naturally he wanted one too. Very impressed lots of fun had, the host Ben calm approach was great with the kids and Mellisa cooked the hot food and dealt with the cake. Would definitely recommend.

I had my son’s quad bike party here and it was really a good choice. He and his friends had great fun in the soft play area then on to the bikes. I’m glad we got a party room upstairs as I went to another party the week after where the party room was downstairs and it was quite distracting for the kids when it came to sitting down. Our helper was great but could have done with some help up and down the stairs. The high ropes party that my son went to was also good and parents were able to have a go! Definitely would consider having another party here.

Had my sons party here yesterday well what amazing service from start to finish Alex was a fab host and very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much

Brilliant party attended here today. My.kids absolutely loved the lazer quest in particular. The hosts were fab with the kids too thank u George and Melissa for your hardwork..you were great. A credit to the team!

A lovely afternoon out with my grandson. He loved all the fun things to try out here . The food and beverages were good and The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be visiting this venue again.

The play areas are really clean and good sized. Some parts are well worn but maintained. In the winter its absolutely freezing especially if your sitting at a table. I'd recommend a decent coat. Unfortunately the staff let the place down. No one waiting when we entered to pay all in the kitchen. Long wait for food service.

The cleanest soft play I have been to - every time we go, staff are busy cleaning the play structure and go to loads of effort with this - it's really reassuring as a parent as these places are notorious for spreading germs. The play structure is fun and accessible for a wide range of ages and it's pretty easy to keep an eye on your little one when you get a rare chance to sit down with a coffee!! Toilets could do with a renovation but this is a minor point and wouldn't stop us going.

My children had a lovely time especially on the high ropes but the queue lasted nearly 1 hour as there was only 1 member of staff helping which was quite poor and very frustrating for little ones! Also when buying drinks and a snack you would get charged extra using card payment under £10 which doesnt seem fair if your not there to order meals. Next time i will bring my own drinks and snacks and complain about the unnecessary queue time!!

I do believe this is the cleanest a best play soft play area I been to a wide variety for children from a young age to teens and well fun for us adults 😂well staff and lots to do but unfortunately I've been quite a few times now the parking is a nightmare and most times I've been my food order has been wrong I think more staff training should be given to staf serving food and taking food orders I'm not sure what more else can be done about the parking adventures kids did put in an amazing and unforgettable brilliant joint birthday party for my son and daughter turning 3 an 5 at the witch over 30 children attended in the end over all I'm very happy and will return and have recommended many of times to friends 😊

Bad points:- electric cars were £1 per ride not included in entrance fee , need more seating area for parents too much space blocked off for parties that are not happening , also lockers or shoes area would be good as many chairs taken up by shoes and coats , parking was a nightmare !

Children enjoyed, we do come often although funny enough every time we visit the ropes are always closed. Overall my daughter and her friends enjoyed, place looked clean. We came quite late and place was closing at 17:30, possibly coming in last hour or so maybe entry discount should be considered? (Unsure how it works)

Went here for the first time today with my 2 year. We paid £7.00 odd to get in, only to realise we could only really use a small percentage of the venue. My little boy loved the quad bikes but we found out that you have to pay a further £1 every time you want to use them. We did this and enjoyed it but he had a melt down cause he wanted to keep going on them!!

I feel that the price to get I should be tiered to what you can use. We paid exactly the same price as someone who use the entire venue. I wouldn’t rush back to be honest, it’s more for older children than 2 year olds!!

Lovely play area, my kids really enjoyed the day there, however the food was so badly over priced, for example an adult cheese and tomato pizza 10" for £7.95 the first pizza arrived with one side completely burnt and had to be returned, the pizza itself was what I would describe as a £1 frozen pizza that you can buy from your local supermarket and it was rock hard and tasteless. And then a children's sandwich £1.95 using 1 slice of bread, that's 1 slice of bread with filling folded in half, are you actually serious. Needless to say my children were very hungry by the the time we got home. It is such a shame as the play centre itself is wonderful.

Great place for kids but at nearly £7per child (i have 3!) its pretty pricey, especially when we got told we couldnt use the high ropes as no trained staff (there were more staff than customers as we were only ones there) and the guy told the kids to wait ten mins for the drop slide only for them to leave an hour later still waiting to use it!! I made comment to the young girl to let him know we werent amused but not sure she was bothered!!

Daughters always liked coming here but it was a bit strange when we was charged an extra £1 today because there was two adults ��like you don't make enough money off the entry of the kids as it is. Then we bought a slush puppy and was told we wasn't allowed a straw. Not even a paper straw was offered which wouldn't have been an issue if we didn't see every other table around us with slush puppies and plastic straws. You can't just decide in the middle of the day that you won't be offering them to certain people �� what a joke.

i went today with my 16 month old son and 2 step children for the older 1s it was fine but i was there for an hour at the most as my son couldn't even go in the ball pit it was full of 8 9 year olds it's simply crap for the babies and toddlers there was no body watching the area I did complain as i left and he just basiclly told me that there was nothing he could do .. i would never go there again it put me in a bad mood as i paid for my son to play and he couldn't even get off my lap as j was scared the older kids wpuld knock him bad bad place

Shame you want to charge over £22 for 3 kids in off peak times. The place has stayed the same in all the years we've been coming but you still raise the prices. We've been coming nearly every week but you've lost our business. I recommend places like cheeky dinos who are always improving and updating their centre.

i went today with my 16 month old son and 2 step children for the older 1s it was fine but i was there for an hour at the most as my son couldn't even go in the ball pit it was full of 8 9 year olds it's simply crap for the babies and toddlers there was no body watching the area I did complain as i left and he just basiclly told me that there was nothing he could do .. i would never go there again it put me in a bad mood as i paid for my son to play and he couldn't even get off my lap as j was scared the older kids wpuld knock him bad bad place

Shame you want to charge over £22 for 3 kids in off peak times. The place has stayed the same in all the years we've been coming but you still raise the prices. We've been coming nearly every week but you've lost our business. I recommend places like cheeky dinos who are always improving and updating their centre.

Thankyou for my sons party today! Couldn't fault it! Party hosts George Towner and Lexi Gentry were brilliant!! I bring my 6 yr old here and he loves it! Staff are friendly and work hard to keep families happy. Food is always good value for money and the play areas are clean and well maintained. We'll done Adventure Kidz! Definitely the best indoor play center in the area. Xxxx

My son has been to a few Laser parties here so naturally he wanted one too. Very impressed lots of fun had, the host Ben calm approach was great with the kids and Mellisa cooked the hot food and dealt with the cake. Would definitely recommend.

I had my son’s quad bike party here and it was really a good choice. He and his friends had great fun in the soft play area then on to the bikes. I’m glad we got a party room upstairs as I went to another party the week after where the party room was downstairs and it was quite distracting for the kids when it came to sitting down. Our helper was great but could have done with some help up and down the stairs. The high ropes party that my son went to was also good and parents were able to have a go! Definitely would consider having another party here.

Brilliant party attended here today. My.kids absolutely loved the lazer quest in particular. The hosts were fab with the kids too thank u George and Melissa for your hardwork..you were great. A credit to the team!

A lovely afternoon out with my grandson. He loved all the fun things to try out here . The food and beverages were good and The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be visiting this venue again.

The play areas are really clean and good sized. Some parts are well worn but maintained. In the winter its absolutely freezing especially if your sitting at a table. I'd recommend a decent coat. Unfortunately the staff let the place down. No one waiting when we entered to pay all in the kitchen. Long wait for food service.

The cleanest soft play I have been to - every time we go, staff are busy cleaning the play structure and go to loads of effort with this - it's really reassuring as a parent as these places are notorious for spreading germs. The play structure is fun and accessible for a wide range of ages and it's pretty easy to keep an eye on your little one when you get a rare chance to sit down with a coffee!! Toilets could do with a renovation but this is a minor point and wouldn't stop us going.

My children had a lovely time especially on the high ropes but the queue lasted nearly 1 hour as there was only 1 member of staff helping which was quite poor and very frustrating for little ones! Also when buying drinks and a snack you would get charged extra using card payment under £10 which doesnt seem fair if your not there to order meals. Next time i will bring my own drinks and snacks and complain about the unnecessary queue time!!

It's ok not much better or worse than the other places my 5 yr enjoy it here the only thing is the slide could do with a bit of polish as nearly everyone gets stuck on the way down..

I do believe this is the cleanest a best play soft play area I been to a wide variety for children from a young age to teens and well fun for us adults 😂well staff and lots to do but unfortunately I've been quite a few times now the parking is a nightmare and most times I've been my food order has been wrong I think more staff training should be given to staf serving food and taking food orders I'm not sure what more else can be done about the parking adventures kids did put in an amazing and unforgettable brilliant joint birthday party for my son and daughter turning 3 an 5 at the witch over 30 children attended in the end over all I'm very happy and will return and have recommended many of times to friends 😊

Great place for kids

Good points :- clean , plenty to do for all ages , good food and gluten free options , high ropes and activities included

Bad points:- electric cars were £1 per ride not included in entrance fee , need more seating area for parents too much space blocked off for parties that are not happening , also lockers or shoes area would be good as many chairs taken up by shoes and coats , parking was a nightmare !

Children enjoyed, we do come often although funny enough every time we visit the ropes are always closed. Overall my daughter and her friends enjoyed, place looked clean. We came quite late and place was closing at 17:30, possibly coming in last hour or so maybe entry discount should be considered? (Unsure how it works)

Went here for the first time today with my 2 year. We paid £7.00 odd to get in, only to realise we could only really use a small percentage of the venue. My little boy loved the quad bikes but we found out that you have to pay a further £1 every time you want to use them. We did this and enjoyed it but he had a melt down cause he wanted to keep going on them!!

I feel that the price to get I should be tiered to what you can use. We paid exactly the same price as someone who use the entire venue. I wouldn’t rush back to be honest, it’s more for older children than 2 year olds!!

Lovely play area, my kids really enjoyed the day there, however the food was so badly over priced, for example an adult cheese and tomato pizza 10" for £7.95 the first pizza arrived with one side completely burnt and had to be returned, the pizza itself was what I would describe as a £1 frozen pizza that you can buy from your local supermarket and it was rock hard and tasteless. And then a children's sandwich £1.95 using 1 slice of bread, that's 1 slice of bread with filling folded in half, are you actually serious. Needless to say my children were very hungry by the the time we got home. It is such a shame as the play centre itself is wonderful.

Great place for kids but at nearly £7per child (i have 3!) its pretty pricey, especially when we got told we couldnt use the high ropes as no trained staff (there were more staff than customers as we were only ones there) and the guy told the kids to wait ten mins for the drop slide only for them to leave an hour later still waiting to use it!! I made comment to the young girl to let him know we werent amused but not sure she was bothered!!

Daughters always liked coming here but it was a bit strange when we was charged an extra £1 today because there was two adults ��like you don't make enough money off the entry of the kids as it is. Then we bought a slush puppy and was told we wasn't allowed a straw. Not even a paper straw was offered which wouldn't have been an issue if we didn't see every other table around us with slush puppies and plastic straws. You can't just decide in the middle of the day that you won't be offering them to certain people �� what a joke.
