Aedifice Partnership was established in 2000, and set up, at its very inception, to provide a more client orientated service.

The primary philosophy guiding the practice at inception, and still today, being the importance of the client, and meeting the client needs. This is achieved by tailoring the professional services to suit the individual needs of clients, whilst maintaining the highest levels of professional standards.

Nick Martin, the Managing Director of Aedifice Partnership, commented “we simply do not believe in a one size fits all philosophy, much as it is easy to provide a standard service for a client, and is all too common in this industry. The reality is the clients’ needs are as individual as the projects they are working on. Therefore it is important to first truly understand what the client is trying to achieve, and work with the client, or organisation, to understand and develop the theory behind these needs before offering solutions. Our larger corporate clients see us very much as an integral part of their business, and not so much an external consultant, and our smaller clients enjoy our friendly support, and we often are almost a member of the family. This perception is at the very heart of our philosophy. ”

Aedifice Partnership therefore offer a range of Building Surveying and Quantity Surveying services, and associated support, tailored to suit the individual needs of a project, or client. This is what makes the practice both individual, and responsive, and this has developed a growing base of clients, with our reputation largely being spread by word of mouth. Most of our clients are advocates, and our aim is to ensure that all clients are advocates of our services.
