I booked a ariport pickup with them for me and my baby (baby car seat included). Not only they weren't waiting form me, i had to wait for them with my baby for more than 2 hours, and they later ask me to get on another taxi that was arriving to the airport soon without a baby car seat (i had to accepted as i needed to food for my baby) as the other one would arrive very late, but they even charged me for the car seat I never used!!! i had contacted them without any response. Very unproffessional. A real disappointment

Do not book! Turned up over 25 minutes late and didn't even apologise. Almost made me miss my flight. I had to run as soon as I eventually made it to the airport. Very stressful experience. Avoid at all costs.
