Our team is made up of three professional trainers from three different backgrounds that have come together to bring you a Fitness regime with guaranteed results.

Amil Smith is a Professional Mma fighter , with a muay thai, jujitsui, judo, boxing and wrestling background, With 13 years experience. Level 3 Personal Training.

Kwame Peters Joining the army at the age of 16, he served for nine years in The Parachute Regiment. During this time he was deployed to Northern Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan. he also training in Oman and undertook jungle training in Belize. As a former Paratrooper is was critical that he kept a very high standard of fitness, which he has continued to maintain since leaving.

Lisa Bangs is a qualified YMCA Level 3 Personal Trainer, level 2 spin, kettle bells, Aqua. with over 5 years experiance, running fitness classes, boot camps and aqua Classes.
