Al Rawda is a pioneering Islamic educational institution. It runs a full time Aalimiya course in addition to evening and part time courses in English.
Al Rawda Description
Al Rawda is a pioneering educational establishment focusing primarily on empowering the womenfolk of our generation living in the Western world. It is a unique initiative as it is one of the few non-boarding full-time establishments teaching in the English medium. It is a five year course towards an Islamic Female Scholarship. In addition to this we run shorter two years structured Islamic studies course as well as Arabic, Tajweed and Fiqh courses. It will also work towards a recognised Ijaza in Tajweed also GCSE Arabic. We have kept the timing such that sisters with family and children can attend classes without it interfering with their family life.

Something which you learn in the madrasah environment, which you may not learn anywhere else, is the desire to see your peers achieve success. .
In a climate where everyone is reaching for the top, and in order to do so they must bring others down, it is very difficult to find people who genuinely want others to achieve success similar to that of theirs, or even more so. .
Hence in a madrasah environment, you will find teachers who support eachother and push eachother to beco...me experts in a certain field, and you will find teachers who will push their students to reach their potential or to excel in one of their talents. .
When you have teachers who push you to be your best, and you have peers who desire the best for you, you have been blessed with a double bounty from Allah so be grateful to Him, because some have one or the other, and some have none at all. .

The students of Al Rawda alongside their family and friends took part in the *Mile with a Smile* 2017 Challenge in Little Ilford Park today.
It was a pleasure to see so many people take part...as we walked through the whole park following the Shade flag. The weather was amazing and all those who took part were greeted on the finish line with personal badges, balloons and refreshments! bouncy castles, henna and picnic snacks were also provided to everyone to enjoy for free.
W...e would like to say a big Jazakumullahu Khairan for all those parents and students who attended today, it truly was a wonderful turnout and good opportunity to see everyone outside the madrasa too.
Also Jazakumullah to all the staff and students of Al Rawda for today's well coordinated day. Due to the great team effort, by the Grace of Allah everything ran smoothly.
May Allah accept the effort of all who participated today in whichever way they could. And we look forward to the next event inshaAllah!
