Come on Aldi, lets have a branch in this part of Gravesend please.
Do most of my weekly shop at the store and am very pleased at how much cheaper and better the products are than the big names supermarkets ,the meat especially first class produce ,have 1 complaint though I purchased a fresh air spray to find it had no scent at all ,so will be returning on my next visit ,the product is scentcerity,room mist ,citrus breeze ,my daughter uses them and all been fine ex for I must have purchased one and the factory omitted to put the scent in ,so I advise the gravesend store to check ,its funny really I thought at first that there was a problem with my nose ,in till my son checked for me .other than that yes I love aldi .
Visited the new refurbished store today and was well impressed, clean, tidy, food on display good and fresh. Staff as always polite and helpful. Parking was busy but I parked in Burch Road/Pier Road and walked over, this is not a problem. Well Done.
Not so much customer service, more the actual managers very unprofessional. Gave me a interview date and time was there 15 mins early to be told it's been cancelled. I had to have time off work and wasted money on travel.
Just been to Aldi Gravesend. There were only four tills open and about 3 to 4 customers with trolly's filled to the top at each till. I had a basket with about 8 items in it. Surely Aldi should open all tills if there is a backlog or are they just interested in PROFIT NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!, I just left the basket there as I was not to wait to be served, LIDL here I come.
I won't shop here anymore, I go to Lidl instead. Your staff park in the parent and toddler bays and when I go with my 17 week old I always have to park at the bottom of the car park. I politely broached the subject with a manager who told me to "get there earlier". So you lost my custom �
I visited Aldi in Gravesend today and was delighted to see a group of well-behaved school children learning about fresh produce and how to manage money. However, I was absolutely appalled by the behaviour of your staff. Not only did they order the children to leave, they were unnecessarily rude in the process. These children were paying customers but were treated with the utmost contempt. Your staff should be utterly ashamed of themselves, their customer service skills were non-existent. In future I will be shopping elsewhere.
