alhamdollilah just come back from umrah with 12days of amazing experience. I was requiring a good, easy, non-hassle package as I had family members in a group from 7years to over 80yrs mashallah and jazakallah to kurram ali it is exactly what we received. Everything was delivered as promised by brother khurram ali. The direct flights with saudi, double luggage allowance, the hotels and rooms as promised in both makkah and madina. The people on the ground in makkah and madina and the drivers were very professional, they kept in contact via wassap and mobile arranging travel to and from airport, makkah to madina and ziarats. All in all a very good first experince with al-haq travels and escpecially a big jazakallah to khurram ali for providing an excellent service and being very patience with our requests,

What should I say about Hafiz Saad at Al Haq travels.

Time and text is not enough to explain the exuberant, dignified support that he provides.

I am not a first time customer for him.

Meaning, I previously used his serviously to organize my Umrah trip which was organized perfectly and exceeded my expectation.

We are InshAllah planning for Hajj this year, my husband had been in contact with Khurram Ali, one of their agency representative. He had updated my husband with the procedures and details. Being myself I was also very interested to know how and what is our journey going to be like and so I called Khurram Ali and told him that I would like to get the details and he was very helpful and told me about each and every step with what are we expecting and what should be happening. Just thought I will share my experience with Al HAq travels. This was my first time and I only rang in to enquire about different packages AlHaq were offering for Umrah this year. The gentleman I spoke to was called Ahsan , who dealt with my queries very professionally and provided lots of information about the packages. Alhumdolillah, just back from an amazing Umrah experience. This trip was brilliantly organised by Khurram Ali. The whole trip was well planned and went like clockwork. From start to finish Khurram Ali provide constant status updates, this was greatly appreciated and certainly helped. Everything that was discussed/agreed upfront is what we received. Hotels in both cities and transfers were as promised. The only drawback was on the last transfer from Medina Shareef to Airport, the driver refused to pass the luggage from the van. We eventually had to pay the drivers colleague who accompanied him on this short journey 100 Riyals to pass the suitcases from the van window down to us.

Alhamdulillaah, I recently came back from Umrah trip arranged by Alhaq travels. JazakAllaahu Khair to sister Nimra. Mashaa Allaah she was very helpful, very prompt and very friendly in planning and booking the trip. Her suggestions from her practical experience really helped us a lot in making our first Umrah experience amazing. In our case, she had to go on a long leave after we made the payment. In her absence our trip was assigned to brother Saad. I'm sad to say my experience with him was bad. He was difficult to get hold of in the phone. I had to followup till a day before the trip to get my transport vouchers. He kept on delaying it and kept on sending incorrect vouchers with incorrect dates and incorrect names. So my last few days before the trip was very frustrating. But nevertheless, overall it was an amazing trip thanks to sister Nimra.
