Without doubt the best food and hospitality of any Tandoori in Colchester, love this place!

The food was good but the service very, very slow. We had to wait quite a long time for our drinks as well as the food. Not the worst experience but not something that makes me wanting to visit again soon.

So it's litetally okay. onion salad lacked flavour and needed coriander and cucumber. Sag aloo lacked flavour and needed garlic and gentle warming spices. Lamb main lacked any flavour apart from chilli..... disappointing given how fabulous Indian cusine can be. Catering for an uneductated, dare I say it western palate..... run of the mill at best. Servers engaging.

I must admit the food was gorgeous, the waiters were lovely and both me my partner and our 2 children enjoyed the food.



However we was sat in between to groups of adults as a family and didn't appreciate the foul language coming from either table, which one the waiters was aware of as he looked at me and I looked at him yet no apology for the foul language or an offer to sit the other side of restaurant.



Shame as ruined our first experience dining there at the restaurant.

Usually spot on but had a bad one last night me and my Mrs are really suffering today. I'm gutted

Not impressed gone down hill since the last time I was there meal was rushed like they couldn't wait to get rid of us, expensive for what we had, toilets were disgusting shame really as it was always my favourite Indian restaurant in Colchester.

Had a delivery at 9.45pm tonight (past the 9.37pm time but I'll forgive them that). I've ordered from you in the past, and have dined in your restaurant and never had a problem. Sadly tonight the food was under par. The onion bhaji was extremely greasy, just look at the paper bag it came in, and there was only two, for £3. If you had stated quantity on your website I wouldn't have ordered. The naan bread was cold and the Lamb Garlic Chilli Mati was nowhere near as spicy as it normally is, very bland, and the meat was tough, chewy and far to big chunks to fit in your mouth! Sadly, not worth £20 at all. Shame, because as I said, normally great food.

Came for a Christmas meal..... 16 of us..... Ordered food and then ordered an extra curry to try..... We ordered the extra one twice and we never saw it! Poor service

The service wasn't great very slow apart from when the table was cleared before we had all finished!! Food was ok. Venue was shocking. Toilet was covered in vomit and someone had weed all over the floor. Just a total horrible meal out. Will never come back or recommend to anyone.

Ordered a takeaway. Chicken was like chewing rubber and the dhansak was flavourless. All you could taste was garlic. Won't be ordering again, that's for sure. They couldn't even get a biriyani right! Not good.
