This place was perfect for appetizers and drinks. Our party of six was seated immediately and Anu provided excellent service.

I should say it is one of the best places to hangout with ur loved ones. The food was amazing. And drinks too ! Specially the customer service was superb..The waiter who served food for us was very friendly. And the rest of the crew too.Thank you guys and good luck !!!

Very busy but we found a table. The server was friendly and quick. A couple of shared plates were good. A bit on the noisy side but it was busy. Will go again.

Service is terrible. Took ages for someone to serve us as we couldn't get drinks at the bar had to get table service. Once we ordered took 20 mins for our drinks to come. We could see them sitting on the bar but no one brought them over. Didn't eat as worried how long it would take.

Ordered from their light bites menu and waited quite a long time for our food to be brought out. Once it arrived, it was lukewarm. Spoke to the member of staff and he arranged for the food to be replaced which it was. The hot food plates, when they arrived, were very good. We were then advised that we wouldn’t be charged for them and we had a drink each on the house. The original problem was resolved exactly as it should have been and, for that reason, we will definitely go back.

Food was ok, although brioche bun was cold. Impolite waitress, no basic manners even! Poor service from waiting staff across the board I’m afraid. My pint of peroni was under filled on 2 ocassions had to ask for it to be topped up, the miserable waitress was not happy when I asked for it to be topped it, she didn’t even look at me let alone apologise or even speak for that matter. Very unimpressed as was the waitress when I didn’t leave a tip, the look on her face made that very clear.

Would give minus if given the option! We went to all bar one for a quick drink after dinner. The barman refused to serve us as we “looked” too drunk as we were smiling?? More like we were too brown! There were other groups of people that were rowdy and being served, but not brown in skin colour! Offered a round of free drinks! I didn’t accept! Won’t be going there again!

OUTRAGOUS DISCRIMINATIVE BEHAVIOUR! I will not give any cent to this place anymore for a drink. The waitress would not accept me and my colleagues ID cards because we are not British!! We need to look over 25 to get a freaking aperol spritz where its not written anywhere!! And need to show a passport or UK drivers licence as our ID from our own nationality is not valid!!! Who does that in London?!! Talked to the manager and same answer very apalled by the behaviour!

Me and my pregnant girl friend waited over half hour not to be even offered any drinks whilst other tables around us got served! The staff where extremely rude once when we asked about ordering and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever. Absolute shambles !

I would give it minus 10, we arrived at a filthy table, my son had to take the dirty plates to the counter, we were ignored for half an hour then left after that, the place was not even half full and staff concentrated on serving teas instead of meals. We went to the Phoenix pub around the corner and enjoyed great speedy service. I used to be a bar Manager and could tell staff were ignoring us so we’d leave, which we did. Do,yourself a favour and avoid this shoddy place!

Food was nice however the service was appalling, on arrival we waited to be seated and at no point were acknowledged or told to take a seat. After sitting ourselves down we had to ask to order and then we were brought the wrong drink twice. Not a pleasurable experience and will not be returning!!!
