& Sister are two sisters who love wellbeing and events. Co-founded by Natalie and Alicia, our wellbeing and yoga events are fun and engaging, a chance to relax and recharge, meet people and learn.

& Sister are sisters Natalie & Alicia, who both share a love for wellbeing and events. We invite teachers to come and host retreats with us at our beautiful family home, Poundon House. This venue is a world away from the hustle of everyday life, and the Retreats held at this venue are friendly yet professional. Our retreats leave our guests feeling recharged, inspired and connected.
