Delighted that the Commons yesterday unanimously backed the new Independent Complaints and Grievance Procedure; a vital HR process that will protect and support the thousands of staff in Parliament who do so much to ensure MPs can carry out our work on behalf of our constituents.
So proud of everyone from all parties and both Houses who worked so hard on the Steering Group to put the ICGP together, and my fantastic Private Office for their support and dedication in getting it through.
Our ambition is for Parliament to be a place where everyone who works or visits is treated with dignity and respect!
Whilst all Members are perfectly entitled to call a vote at any moment, it was worth reminding the Scottish National Party (SNP) today that their dawdling didn't just stop MPs from watching the England game this week, but staff and officials too!
Got the team to test the #Equaliteas board game today; so much fun, and very informative! Won’t say who won... 🙋🏼♀️😅 #womensupportingwomen #womenempowerment #women #girlpower #friyay #suffragette #suffragist #vote100 #glassceiling @women2win

I'm calling for the Tree Top Way in Salcey Forest to be reopened as soon as possible. You can sign the petition here: www.change.org/p/please-stop-the-closure- of-the-treetop-walk
Why I voted Leave 🇬🇧 Our own money back 💷 Parliamentary sovereignty 🗳 Ending free movement 🚧 British courts in charge ⚖️... A global British trade policy 📜
Over last year: Employment 📈 Real wages 📈 UK exports 📈 Inward investment 📈 Unemployment 📉 Net borrowing 📉

Two years on, I’m still thrilled that we’re leaving the EU at the end of March 2019! Delighted that we passed the EU Withdrawal Bill this week, a massive step to delivering on Brexit, and we have huge opportunities ahead of us as we leave the EU! 😊🇬🇧 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PqAk4iGcA Rw
#ThankATeacherDay - thank you Miss Pearce! 😊
It's welcome news that the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care has reviewed the concerns raised by Oxfordshire Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee, and has asked the NHS locally to work with stakeholders - including local MPs - to address them. Thanks @Robert Courts MP for a great question y'day! Victoria Prentis
Glad to take the opportunity to remind the Liberal Democrats that employment is at a record high, real wages are up, the OECD has upgraded growth forecasts for this year and next, and a business survey shows that the UK remain the No. 1 destination for foreign direct investment in Europe. Day-to-day spending is in surplus for the first time in 16 years, and the UK's net borrowing is at its lowest for over a decade.
Absolutely delighted that the ban on microbeads in cosmetics and personal care products I announced two years ago has come into effect today. A huge win for our environment - well done Michael Gove! 😊🌍🌅
Superb news for the NHS!
It’s Infant Mental Health Awareness Week, with a focus this year on secure attachment. Such an important issue with huge impact on life outcomes and wellbeing. Looking forward to speaking at the Conference this Friday 👶♥️ #IMHAW18
Glad to set the record straight today to The Labour Party on the economy and The Royal Bank of Scotland shambles they presided over.
Out with the team for our village action day & coffee morning in beautiful Syresham. Lending our support to the #saveyourpub campaign and the Kings Head pub at the heart of the community. Public meeting on the 8th June @ 7.30pm in the Village Hall. Our local pubs are great! 🇬🇧 Save The Kings Head
Look who I bumped into last night! #takes me back #Gisela Stuart #brexit #love this lady!
Absolutely right for David Amess to raise the removal of the portrait of Theresa May from University of Oxford's Geography dept; a pathetic attempt to denigrate our second female PM. Protecting free speech and expression means defending achievements of our country's best and brightest.
One of my key campaigns in South Northants is to support communities by bringing together people of all ages for coffee mornings, knit and natter groups, book clubs, and all sorts of activities that can help to alleviate loneliness and rural isolation.
