Anesis is Absolutely Amazing 10 out of 10. From start to finish.



I am extremely pleased to be given a same day appointment for a Cut and Blow dry despite being a Saturday. I was greeted with extremely professional and friendly staff from the moment I called to book an appointment, to being greeted at reception till the end of my treatment. Consultation included tips/ advice , hair wash was fantastic- head massage was spot on!! and the neck massage after was a lovely surprise :D...the Cut was 100 % even and the blow dry was superb !



What a lovely service on my Birthday :D (ps: I didnt inform Anesis it was my birthday and still I was approached with professionalism and friendly staff )

Had an express spray tan - this time it didn't seem as even or to be as good as the one I had last year at Anesia. This time was st tropez last year I think was sienna X

They used to be great. Most of their staff are new now and they made a massive mistake with my booking today. I rushed from work to get to my 6pm booking, got there and they told me it was yesterday. I was 100% sure I made it for today and asked them if it was yesterday why has nobody called me. Apparently they did but I showed her my phone and there were no miss calls. The manager then tried her best to fit me in this evening which she did. We then discussed my app for lvl treatment and she asked if I had the test done. I said no and it is needed as its a treatment I've never had done before which takes 24hrs. When I made the appointment nobody ever mentioned this test. They're too disorganised now! I was a loyal customer for 2yrs but don't appreciate the new customer service now.
