It’s so easy to assume everything is fine and dandy with everyone in this digital jungle just based on the face value of these squares. With regards to mental health, I think it is increasingly more important to self-police what we put out there. Everyone has a “right” to their opinion, but if you wouldn’t comment on a stranger’s weight/outfit/parenting/dietary prefs/business on the street ...then don’t online. On the flip side, I hate the phrase “be kind” (how patronising?! Just don’t be a d!ck, it’s really not that difficult). None of us can assume what anyone else is going through, and just like how one bad incident can be one too many and trigger a breakdown, same can be said for comments. Reading horrible things about myself online is always just that, horrible. But I’m lucky to be able to fall on my support network to stop me from being affected to a point where it drags me to a bad place. Ruby’s heart-ache in the #gbbo #bakeoff tent during #vegan week - I felt that! Especially as I’ve been having a bit of a cake-confidence crisis that I’ve blogged about (link in stories). So you can only imagine my absolute elation when coming home on Sunday evening, with the glum and heavy feeling before the start of the working week, I get stopped at the lights by a couple and the girl says, “I think you made our wedding cake 5 years ago...are you Reshmi?” Shut.The.Front.Door...WHAAATT?!? This week has tried and tested us in so many more ways than we could ever imagine. It’s been hard times recently with equipment failure, lots of new processes in place, and a belligerent groom threatening physical violence against our staff (we have literally heard it all now!) BUT the gang @kayjo_bakes @crumbsuplondon and I made a fridge full of these unicorn rainbow babies for @impulse_uk and we were so in love with them that we didn’t wanna let them goooo (but had to cuz needed the fridge space innit). TGIF!! 🌈 🦄 #gogetglitter #impulseuk

We ordered the Macaron Cascade cake for our wedding reception and we were not disappointed. It was delivered in perfect condition and tasted as amazing as it looked!

We had the most beautiful three tier wedding cake (a different flavour per tier). It was bright and beautiful and so incredibly tasty. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect cake (especially impressive having had my sister courier it all the way down to Somerset in 28*C heat!).

The cake was delivered between the allocated time, it arrived packaged with care and looked amazing upon opening. All emails were replied to swiftly.



It was a gift for a special birthday and my partner was ecstatic with it.



The cake was indulgent, rich and moist. (We had gone for the Ghetto Riche style!)



I've had lots of questions on the company and our guests waiting for an occasion to buy one of your delicious cakes for! I've recommended you to them all.

Ordered cupcakes for my daughter who lives in London and she was over the moon with them. They were delivered to her office and were the talk of the day amongst her work colleagues. Perfect service, perfect products and perfect online experience when placing an order. Will certainly use this company again and can highly recommend!

I ordered a beautiful birthday cake for my girlfriend , unfortunately, I didn't have someone pick up the cake for me and the reception of the building have a zero tolerance policy of not keeping food in the building. Luckily, Soroush helped me talked to the management of the building and managed to saved my day. Definitely recommend.

I think I just died and went to heaven! I am not a fan of mass-produced marshmallows, but these artisan ones are beautiful! They arrived quickly and thoughtfully packaged and they are quite simply divine! No artificial or overpowering flavours, just lightly flavoured, sparkly pillows of happiness! Thank you; I will definitely be buying again!

I ordered a cake from Singapore to be delivered to family in London. Everything, from the online order, payment till delivery of the cake was impeccable. Mary and Reshmi were upbeat, professional and passionate. All email exchanges were prompt and detailed.



Some words used for the cake were 'wow' 'sublime' and 'dramatic', making me jealous that I wasn't there to have a slice! I'm of course pleased to recommend Anges de Sucre to anyone who would like a slice of deliciousness and superb service. Thank you so much for making Chowee's birthday extra special.

I had an amazing unicorn cake made for my friend and she absolutely loved it as she's a huge unicorn fan! The cake was the talk of the party and tasted amazing! Thank you so much guys...fantastic job and I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends �

Amazing service from start to finish with Anges de Sucre. I ordered a decadent, salted caramel and macaroon cake for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely incredible! The team catered for my gluten free request and it was delivered first thing in the morning (the only thing to note is that they cannot provide a specific time for delivery, so you have to make sure you or your venue are able to receive the cake at any time between 9am-5pm).

I ordered the size recommended for 21 people but I'm pretty sure it ended up feeding around 35 - as long as your slices aren't huge, the cake is so it will go a long way!

Style over substance IMO. I bought the Stella Cake for my partners 30th and it looked spectacular but unfortunately wasn't worth the money. The frosting was tasteless and quite slime-y, and some of the decoration went stale really quick i.e. Oreos! Shame really.

You can find bakeries that will make cakes and it will taste as a fresh, moist cake. Or you can find bakeries that will be overpriced and offer you not so fresh cakes. You choose where to spend your money.

I've been trying to order a cake for collection from Selfridges because there is no option online for this and when I called the shop in Selfridges the lady there doesn't have any clue about anything. She hung up on me! Terrible client service!

I did posted 1 review couple of months ago because i was under impression rainbow cake at selfridges was baked by this company ( i have been told at selfridges but clearly someone over the counter did not know what was saying)... so for my birthday i have ordered a rainbow cake from Anges de Sucre this weekend. I am sorry did not like it at all. Did buy another one from another bakery and so glad my birthday was not spoiled by this problem. Have eaten only 2 slices of that cake. Sure you guys might bake lovely but not for my taste. Sponge heavy and soggy...no taste.... not a bespoke cake it's just an ordinary cake with pretty staffs on top..... just find your cakes trully disapointing....

DO NOT USE THEM! Its pitty I cant leave 0 stars. Instead of arriving between 9-5 cake was delivered only at 9PM by which time some of the guest have already left. NO apology received at all. Impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office.

Staff constantly lied about estimated delivery time blaming delays on traffic which was very normal. Cakes taste is only OK. Dont waste your money and health!
